Set up for catering support, this trailer tagged along behind a Kitchen Truck so we could deliver a large quantity of supplies to a job site and then have our purveyors deliver directly to us at our job site and avoided handling goods several times. Both units have heavy duty compressors that can be turned up or down to accommodate temporary use beyond normal working range. The refrigerator for instance will operate below 32 to hold bagged ice and the freezer will operate above freezing when necessary.
Freezer construction is modern heavy duty smooth aluminum covered foam panels with reinforced internal frames that latch one to the next via small access doors on the interior. Both units have heavy duty SPARTA adjustable shelving systems supported by four heavy legs which is much stronger than shelves supported by the refrigerator walls. Both the Freezer and the Refrigerator are securely mounted to the trailer yet are removable if need be. There is a pad at the rear of the trailer to mount a portable generator. Adjacent to the generator pad is a breaker panel mounted to the back of the freezer serving several circuits for outlets, refrigerator and freezer. The freezer and refrigerator also plugged into city power when we were back at our commissary. The trailer is fitted with a new deck of 2 inch treated planks, the new green treated lumber without arsenic.
The trailer has good rubber, trailer lights, tongue jack, 2 inch 5000# class hitch, safety chains, and electric brakes. Pulls straight and true and is ready to travel anywhere. Can be shipped via "flatbed truck" for a guesstimate cost of 45 cents a mile for partial load.
