This powerful and portable unit was very lightly used and in excellent condition. It only saw service at three pancake feeds each year for 4 years running and has been in storage since. These were big events and I couldn’t count the pancakes we made with this fine griddle. As you can see from the pictures it is in excellent shape inside and out. The griddle is 5/8 to ¾ inch thick steel with a high lip all around and a full width waste trough across the front. Three individually controlled double burners produce up to 12,000 BTU each we never had to wait for heat. The unit sits on four adjustable legs and is easily dismantled without tools into components that one man can lift and transport. This unit can make pancakes as fast as you can drop and flip them. We did all our cooking outside on location so it would hold its heat even better inside and out of the wind.
