Raider has shown remarkable promise on the Schutzhund field from his first time out, to date.
Raider is also showing remarkable promise in all forms of conformation, carting, obedience, and also starting service dog work.

Raider is a lovely boy structurally. He has a marvelous temperament and a winning personality to go with it. While earning his CS (Carting Started) Raider managed to not only earn a perfect score of 100... But also ended up taking the top honors by winning High in Trial! Raider is our 3rd Breeder, Owner, Trainer, Handler dog to win a Carting High in Trial!
Raider earned his CD with 3 consecutive qualifying scores winning the Novice B Class as well as Reserve HIT for his second CD leg and placements with the other two!

FLASH!!! 03-07-04 Raider goes on his first "road trip" and earns his first MAJOR!!! Thank you Thom Woodward PHA and Teresa Bradley APHA of Neu-Rodes Rottweilers for putting that first major on our boy during the short time you've had him! Raider looks forward to joining up with you again in May to try to hunt down that second major :-) |

FLASH!!! 05-08-04 & 05-09-04 WOW!!! Raider joins up with handling team Thom Woodward and Teresa Bradley of Neu-Rodes on 05-06-04 and starts the circuit by going WD, BOW & BOS on BOTH days!!! Way to go guys!!!!!

FLASH!!! 05-22-04 & 05-23-04 Raider does it again! Over the weekend Raider takes the points BOTH days handled by Thom Woodward and Teresa Bradley of Neu-Rodes Rottweilers!!!!!

FLASH!!! 11-19-04 Raider is WD and BOW for 2 more points leaving him just needing that last major to finish his AKC Championship! He has had several major reserves, including back to back major reserves and 4 & 5 point major reserves, and he hasn't been out much so we know it's only a matter of time. Well, that the right day, judge and dog show! ;-)
We hope to have him back out on the road again soon. We haven't been out showing much this year but we do hope to have some of our dogs out in force in 2005, Raider will of course be one of them until he picks up that last major.
Look for puppies sired by Raider on our "Upcoming Litters" page. Even outside bitches bred to Raider will be listed there if the bitch owner has no objections. |

FLASH!!! Raider's latest litter of babies has hit the ground! We were hoping for a nice turnout since this bitch on her last season was bred to one of our other boys, Hannibal, and only produced one puppy :-( Funny thing is the owners wanted to use Raider that time but Raider was in WA being shown! So this time, it was Raider :-) Raider and Fenix are thrilled to annouce their litter of 11 puppies!
There were 13 total, but unfortunately 2 were still born. It is always hard to loose any of these precious gifts... But there is joy to be found in those who stayed behind.
Congratulations to Scott & Michelle the proud Grandparents of what is sure to be one very handsome litter of puppies! I am looking forward to seeing them! :-)

Someday I hope to get a GOOD picture of Raider. He is so difficult for photos. He shows his heart out in the ring but as soon as the camera comes out, nothing. He's as done as a 9-5 employee at 5:00PM on a Friday. <sigh>
One photographer sent me proofs with a note attached to them. In bright yellow highlighter there was a sentence stating "Dog was VERY uncooperative for photos!" Like I hadn't noticed LOL |
