How to join.....
The following Application Forms for DeMolay,
DeMolay Sweetheart Court, and DeMolay Squires
are in "Portable Docunent Format" (PDF)
and require Acrobat Reader to download.

If you do not have Acrobat Reader,

To Join a DeMolay Chapter:

     You must be a young man, at least, 12 years of age and have not
           reached your 21st birthday;
     You must believe in a Supreme Being; and,
     You must petition a Chapter for membership.

To Join a DeMolay Sweetheart Court:

     You must be a young woman, at least, 12 years of age and have not
           reached your 21st birthday;
     You must believe in a Supreme Being; and,
     You must petition a Sweetheart Court for membership.

To Join a DeMolay Squires' Manor:

     You must be a young man, at least, 10 years of age and have not
           reached your 13th birthday;
     You must believe in a Supreme Being; and,
     You must petition a Squires' Manor for membership.

Once your petition is completed,
mail the completed petition to:

Round Table Chapter Meeting.
