And, behold, a certain woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood for twelve years, and who had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent everything she had, and could not be healed by any of them, but rather got worse, heard about Jesus, so she came behind him, in the crowd of people and touched the hem of his clothing. Because she said inside of herself, If I can just touch his clothing, I will be made better. And straight away she stopped bleeding, and she felt inside of herself that she was better. And Jesus knew straight away that virtue had gone out of him, so he turned around in the crowd of people, and he said, Who touched my clothes? And when everybody said that they didn't touch his clothes, Peter and Christ's disciples said to Jesus, Master, you see the crowd of people crushing against you, and you say, Who touched me? And Jesus said, Somebody has touched me: because I know that power went out of me. And he looked around to see the woman who had touched him. And the woman was afraid and she was trembling, because she knew what had been done inside of her, and when she realized that Jesus knew that it was her who had touched him, she came and fell down before him, and in front of all of the people, she told Jesus why she had touched him, and how she had been healed straight away. And when Jesus saw the woman, he said to her, Daughter, be happy, your belief has made you better, go in peace, and be healed of your plague. And the woman was healed from that hour. Note: Jesus called the woman Daughter, Jesus was in his early thirties, so, this woman was younger than Jesus.
