Glazed Carrots
2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine | 2 Tbsp. brown sugar |
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon | 2 cups cooked carrots |
Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a heavy medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Add carrots and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
