Peanut Butter Tasty Cake



1 cup milk, scalded 2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. butter 2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs 2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla peanut butter
pinch of salt 8 oz. Hershey's chocolate bar


After scalding milk, add butter and cool. Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan, pour cake into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cake is finished baking and still hot, spread peanut butter on top of cake. Refrigerate until cool. Melt chocolate bar and spread over top of cooled cake. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into squares.
