| Upon the founding of this Republic, Our Forefathers favored an armed Citizenry organized into Citizen Militia as opposed to any kind of ' standing armies ' based on their bitter experiences with British occupation forces in the Colonies. But after the invasion of the Brits in 1812 to force a ' Second Charter ' for a ' private banking system ' affiliated with the Rothschild Bank of England, it became clear that a professional, full time, fully trained and equipped military was necessary for national defense. In order to offset and neutralize the threat of having yet another ' standing army ' intimidating American Citizens, the ' Posse Comitatus Act ' was implemented forbidding the regular military from assuming the role of an occupation force on American soil ~ the Citizen Militia were thus empowered for homeland defense within their respective States via the Second Amendment Right of an individually armed Citizenry! Likewise, once upon a time in America, there was a professional Civil Service who devoted their lives to being ' career administrators & diplomats ' to provide the necessary government services to fulfill the public needs. Just like their military counterparts, these ' civil servants ' carried out government policies, as enacted by the Legislature, without regard to personal or partisan politics. Their purpose was to be as efficient as possible, and responsible enough to be held fully accountable for all their actions. Believe it or not, the more efficient they became, the more they stayed within their respective agency budget, and the lower taxes could remain ~ including ' tax-reductions ' from year to year as public services became constant. The peak of such efficiency seems to have being during the ' Eisenhower Era ' . Every American was provided a home for just the ' cost of materials & labor ', with a service charge of only 2% per/year for the balance of the remaining home cost ~ there were no private bank compound interest/usury charges! The most important function of Civil Servants was their administration over the ' public utilities ' and ' public corporations ' that administered the natural resources of this great nation, along with overseeing electric power, water, waste disposal, road construction, public buildings & lands, etc.! In short, Civil Servants were the managers of the Public Wealth protecting the holdings of what We the Public held in Common! All of that history and resources is now at risk as a direct and proximate result of a ' corporate privatization agenda ' intending to TRANSFER all Public Wealth to Corporate Ownership and Operation which is PRIVATELY HELD (privately owned stock) by the same people who have been elected or appointed to positions of PUBLIC TRUST! Under the ' laissez faire NO BID capitalist scheme ' of the ' Bush regime ' all ' public service ' is to be taken over by ' private-for-profit corporations ' that has recently included the ' NO BID privatization ' of unemployment and public assistance; private corporate prisons; private corporate schools; private corporate military & police; and private corporate control of national lands! What is now taking place in the ' privatization agenda ' to control government services is but an extension of what has been occurring since the Viet Nam War, the cancerous spread of private corporations seizing our nation ' s farmlands; natural oil, gas, timber, and water resources; and most ubbelievably its total control over our national monetary supply and debt, since 1963! The U.S. Military is now the largest employer of ' mercenaries ' than any other nation in the history of the world ~ including ancient Rome! These thugs merely shoot & kill for money! While being hired as ' private military, police, & security ', they DO NOT fall under jurisdiction of any international, national, or respective state laws, yet our sons and daughters are being killed or maimed while coming to their rescue. As we ' ve already seen in Afghanistan, Iraq and New Orleans ~ they torture, maim & kill citizens ~ yet cannot be prosecuted, only their ' corporate contract ' can be terminated! Is this any different in principle and fact than what was suffered by Our Colonial Forefathers under British occupation and their hired ' mercenaries ' ? Are they any different than the ' war lords ' in the Sudan, Mozambique, or Central Africa? Now we see this same horrific ' state sponsored terrorism ' being implemented by the ' Bush regime ' upon other nations as a foreign policy ~ and domestically we see Democracy quickly fading into corporate Dictatorship! We hear the cry for ' shrinking government ', yet we see Our Bill of Rights being taken away and corporate power increasing in proportion to the loss of our representative democracy! Overt ' CRONYISM ' within the ' Bush regime ' has deliberately created failure through the appointment of incompetent people coupled with reduced agency funding to support illegal wars ~ and the result has been the willful undermining and betrayal of the professional Civil Service so as to feed the corporate demand for more ' privatization ' ! Our government agencies are ' DE-FUNDED ' and their mandated services privately contracted to a private corporation via NO-BID exclusive contracts ~ thereby removing all accountability and civic responsibility! THIS IS REPREHENSIBLE and those responsible should be tried for treason for violating the principles set forth in the Preamble to the Constitution of these United States! Only a Reform government can hold them accountable! Only the ' 10 POINTS of REFORM for AMERICA ' provides solutions! Only Reform can reestablish the principle of placing The Common Good before Self or any Special Interest! Only Reform can restore an honest money supply within a U.S. Treasury Banking System to Break the Bondage of Debt & Taxes! That ' s why the Reform Party USA, newly reorganized, says, ABOLISH THE PRIVATIZATION AGENDA OF THE MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS ~ Our National Wealth is not for Sale! Join the ranks of Reform today!
