| Commentary on CURRENT EVENTS - June 25, 2006 |
| Since the founding of these United States of America the first duty of each public official has been to take an ' Oath of Office ' and swear to uphold the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the laws of this country! And as seen in the Preamble to the Constitution, that includes insuring Domestic Tranquility, providing for the Common Defense, promoting the General Welfare, and securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity! Therefore each public official, as a servant to the people, can be held accountable and actionable to the well being of each Citizen within their respective district in particular, and to all Citizens in general as a direct and proximate result of their ' Oath '. Thus each public official who violates or advocates violating any aspect of the Bill of Rights, or the Tranquility, Defense, Welfare or Liberty of the people of this country can be duly charged with TREASON ~ and have their property seized, be imprisoned or executed according to the Common Laws of this Nation! Because the King of England violated these basic Rights, as the First Servant to his People as set forth in the Magna Charta, Our Founding Fathers invoked the Declaration of Independence as a Bill of Particulars that resulted in a War for Independence that brought about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights of these United States. Our Forefathers knew well that the purpose and first duty of the national government is to protect the necessities of life for its Citizens and not to secure the highest possible profits for money - lenders and profiteers! By contrast, there is not a single member of the ruling party of the ' Bush regime ' that could escape a similar Bill of Particulars for provoking an illegal foreign war and occupation, for permitting an illegal invasion of our homeland, for selling off our basic industries, for outsourcing our domestic work force, for abolishing environmental safety laws, for plundering the national treasury into massive debt, and for replacing Our Bill of Rights with a totalitarian dictatorship! Just as the first duty of government is to protect the basic necessities of life for its Citizens, so too is the first duty of each Citizen to work with his mind or with his body to better himself, his family and his community! This requires activities that should never clash with the interests of the whole, but proceed within the framework of the common good before self or any special interest! But under the burdens of the ' Bush regime ', domestic industries have been sold off to foreign governments for loans to finance illegal wars! And foreign citizens have been allowed to invade and settle in America that has resulted in massive unemployment and reduced purchasing power for Americans through the downsizing of wages and earning power resulting in a systematic destruction of the American Middle-Class! Under the guise of fighting a war without borders, against an enemy without faces, uniforms or insignia, the ' Bush regime ' has imposed a dictatorship of totalitarian laws calling it ' homeland security ' ! To add insult to injury, the ' Bush regime ' has now embarked on what is termed: ' Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America ' (SPP), in what amounts to an international agreement without the approval of Congress, or the Citizens of this Nation, to surrender our National Sovereignty to both Mexico and Canada as the second round of ' Globalism ' for a regional New World Order government bearing the name: North American Union As a new division of the U.S. Department of Commerce, this new ' partnership ' is comprised of three top level cabinet officials, all unelected, just appointees from the ruling regimes of each country! The end result is to create an America ' without borders ' under the pretext of the ' free-exchange ' of goods and services with one giant security force from the Mexican border with Guatemala to the Arctic Circle! In short, the ' Bush regime ' is attempting to construct a new super-regional government structure with Mexico and Canada completely by fiat regulations implemented by existing government agencies ~ and not by Treaty, Congressional oversight, or public knowledge or approval! This is a usurpation of power and subterfuge of our Constitution and Bill of Rights! Not one single speech has been given in which the ' Bush regime ' has openly expressed to the American people of its intention to create a ' North American Union ' by evolving ' NAFTA ' into this ' NAFTA-Plus' plan as a first, implementing step, for multinational corporations to control the governmental policies of all three nations! Just as NAFTA has implemented ' Corporate Fascism ' for the USA, now NAFTA + will implement ' Corporate Fascism ' for the whole of the North American Continent! Is it now becoming clear why more than twenty-percent (20%) of the entire Mexican population has been encouraged by the Mexican government to illegally immigrate to the USA? Is it any wonder that the estimated 25 Million-plus illegal aliens in America are holding periodic massive demonstrations to further paralyze and weaken the already failing economy? Is it any wonder that this ' Chicano invasion ' is already calling for its own ' homeland ' to be called ' Aztlan '? Is it any wonder that America is being polarized and subdivided to make it easy for complete capitulation and conquest! Who in Congress or under the banners of the Giant Jackass or the Giant Elephant will speak out when lobbyists for multinational corporations bribe their consent via campaign funding, reelection, and tenure benefits? Who can afford to stop this treachery when the ruling regime appoints its political cronies to head the very government agencies participating in this treachery, instead of protecting Our National Sovereignty, Tranquility, Defense, Welfare, and Liberty? In order to fully exploit the American work force, the ' Bush regime ' has rolled-back the heretofore environmental health & welfare protections, has rolled-back the anti-pollution controls, and has rolled-back the protective food regulations! The vast influx of illegal aliens has effectively reduced wages back to the level they were in WWII! A majority of the benefits and protections fought for by organized labor in the past 100 years has been rolled-back for the benefit of the moneylenders and profiteers! The ' Robber-Barons ' of the past are returning as the ' Corporate Fascists ' of the near term future! And the American Middle-Class is being reduced to th level of serfs and indentured servants! Only one political party has the courage and the program to smash the Bondage of Debt & Taxes now enslaving the American work force! Only the ' 10 POINTS of REFORM for AMERICA ' offers a viable program to preserve, protect & defend Americans against the corporate predators, moneylenders & profiteers!
