| LET'S NATIONALIZE ALL NATURAL RESOURCES ! |
| As many of us remember during the ' Carter regime ', the gas-shortages and long lines for odd & even license number distributions on alternating days was the worst disruption to normal life since the ' Ration Stamps ' issued during WW I I. Meanwhile since the warmongers of the current ' Bush regime ' lied, deceived, and manipulated us into simultaneous wars in both Afghanistan and Iraq, Americans have seen the cost of gasoline steadily rising to where it is over $4.00 per/gallon in some areas! Thus while the major oil cartels are "sticking-up" every gas station on the planet every day around the the clock, they are also reporting record profits into the billions of dollars each month ' and yet Exxon still hasn ' t paid a penny for its Exxon Valdez disaster in Alaska! Yet who is benefiting from all this inconvenience to the public except a handful of special interests ' the same special interests that are buying up votes in Congress with campaign bribes and worse! While American youth in military uniforms continue to be targeted, killed and wounded also around the clock in the war zones, they are being paid pennies on the dollar compared to the mercenaries hired by the major oil cartels to protect their corporate personnel and corporate interests. Built into the cost of each gallon is the cost paid for these mercenaries! And estimates now show that there are as many mercenaries in the war zones as there are organized military personnel - yet these mercenaries currently do not fall under either civilian or military legal jurisdiction - thus they are a " law unto themselves " ! The killing sprees they have created against women and children have had a direct and proximate detrimental effect that spawns the counterattacks on our military youth in uniform - it ' s called " reprisals " under International Law, and " retaliation " within the war zones ! It ' s now merely another never ending " cycle of violence " ! BY CONTRAST look at what Venezuela has accomplished in the few short years since Hugo Chavez has been president. Venezuela does not owe a single penny to anyone - having paid off all of its debts to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank! The price per/gallon of gasoline is only 19 cents yet by taking just 10% (ten-percent) of the total profits from the sale of oil, Chavez is currently building universities, hospitals, schools, roads, homes, food distributions, infrastructures, and intangibles such as free educational grants to qualified students and universal health care for every Citizen of his country by importing over 25,000 doctors and nurses until enough Venezuelans are properly trained! And to protect these cultural and social advances, the head of every family is being provided a firearm and training as part of a Citizen Militia to defend against any invader! Is Chavez doing anything different than that of Our Founding Fathers or that of modern Switzerland and Costa Rica today? The Nationalist & Populist example of Venezuela has already spread to other South American nations as well as some in Central America -- and just imagine what America could be like if we too nationalized our natural resources for the common good of all ! In the State of Alaska, every man, women and child receives a check directly each year as an equal distribution for all the gas, oil, and other natural resources sold to private corporations - it ' s called SOCIAL CREDIT! In West Virginia, the same principle also applies, called a ' severance tax ' applied to all natural resources, and instead of going in direct payments to its Citizens, the funds are provided to local school boards to reduce local tax levies. But no matter how you look at it, the natural resources of each nation, each state, belong to the Sovereign Rights of its Citizens -- not to predatory private corporate special interests! Originally the United States Postal Service was a public corporation administered by professional civil servants for the sole purpose of providing a secured communications for the Citizens of this country. The same was true for natural gas, electric, and water utilities -- they were all once public corporations to provide Citizens the lowest rates possible with the greatest efficiency ! And prior to the emergence of the privately-owned Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), America was blessed with the United States Treasury Banking system that provided interest/usury - free U.S. Notes! That meant t hat every home and every product manufactured, only involved the COST OF MATERIALS AND COST OF LABOR -- no interest/usury finance charges! And of course with interest/usury-free currency in circulation once again -- there is no more need for a personal income tax ! Just imagine once again being able to purchase a home for the Cost of Materials and Cost of Labor -- no interest/usury finance charges, no compound interest/usury, no thirty-year or more mortgages ! That was the kind of Liberty and Freedom that once prevailed in America ! During the " Eisenhower Era ", our parents and grandparents were able to purchase a home without interest/usury mortgages, administered by career professional civil servants for a flat 2% service charge per/year on the remaining balance of the total cost ! Since the natural resources of every nation and each state, belongs to the Sovereign Rights of its Citizens -- there is no reason why Domestic Tranquility and General Welfare of all American Citizens cannot come first before the predatory greed of private - for - profit multinational corporations! The sole purpose of corporations is for the mutual benefit of all concerned -- and no corporation is supposed to have more power than any given nation! In fact, wherever a corporation has received its Charter, it is that State that can reign in a wayward corporation by revoking its charter, freezing its assets, and reassigning them to Citizens who will provide for the Common Good before Self or any Special Interest! It ' s time America reorganizes its priorities and again looks homeward first and foremost ! Imagine if the oil cartels became a public corporation and the profits redirected towards social justice -- a mass transit infrastructure, alternative energy resources, and environmental protection! For just 10% of the $660 Billion per/year in profits absconded by the giant pharmaceutical corporations -- every Citizen in America could have FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE ! While the cost of manufacturing a single " pill " is less then one penny each, the pharmaceutical corporations are currently profiteering by charging $20, $30, $40 or more per pill for a one - a - day month ' s supply -- each month to each customer! This is not a " free-market economy " -- this is a predatory corporate monopoly where he who has the capital, rules ! This is not the putting Common Good before Self or any Special Interest as was the goal of Our Founding Fathers! There is an alternative political party offering a turnaround for America -- it ' s the Reorganized Reform Party USA under a new Charter & Bylaws building an integrated management system that offers the " 10 POINTS of REFORM for AMERICA " that will make a better world tomorrow for our children and future generations! We are looking for new qualified leaders at the local, county, state, regional, and national levels. So put your talents to work in the service of your fellow Citizens! All one needs to do is REGISTER TO VOTE and choose the REFORM PARTY as your political party of choice in your respective state -- then Join with other likeminded " Reformers " !
