| BLAME BUSH FOR EVERYTHING !! When surveying the disastrous mess along the GULF COAST and NEW ORLEANS. in particular, one is struck by two obvious impacts ~ ( 1 ) the awesome power of a natural disaster; and ( 2 ) the awesome impotence of the governmental response! Despite all the bravado, sanctimonius saber-rattling and unilateral attacks against weaker governments, THE SUPERPOWER of the USA was laid prostrate in the aftermath of a natural occurrence! To add insult to injury, NOW the ' Bush regime ' asks that we pray to Our Creator while totally ignoring any Supreme Being when conducting his illegal war for oil, natural gas and mineral resources of others! But as Harry Truman once stated ' The Buck stops here!'. Therefore the failures of the governmental responses has to be laid at the feet of the political cronies associated with the ' Bush regime ' ~ and all fingers now point to Bush himself, since he is the one who has tried to create a ' central government ' under the guise of yet another of his ' political czars ' ! And what did the political parties under the banners of the Giant Elephant and the Giant Jackass do in their response ? They simply do what they always do: throw more borrowed money at the problem under the illusion that the VASTER the amount, the QUICKER the problem will go away! But this time, they MUST face the reality that they cannot buy away the problem in payoffs to their friends OR their opponents ~ NO this time they are stuck within the reality that they are facing natural forces for which all the money they can borrow is of little importance as an end result! The differences between these failures and the positive responses of a ' Reform government ' are stark and dramatic since ' Reform ' understands that the FIRST DUTY of the national govermnent is to protect the necessities of life and not to secure the highest possible profits for the moneylenders and profiteers! Thus, a ' Reform government ' would not have to borrow any money from a private banking cartel since it would fully restore the U.S. Treasury Banking System as a public corporation and reissue U.S. Notes, free of debt with a ' fixed standard of measurement ' with an honest money supply in the correct volume for monetary stability and meet the needs of the people. Secondly, a ' Reform government ' would incorporate every able bodied man and woman in the affected areas into a vast PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT to rescue, recover, rebuild and restore that which has been lost ~ and rebuild communities in safer areas to insure the basic necessities of food, clothing and shelter in the future! Since the First Duty of EVERY CITIZEN is to work with his mind or with his body, and those activities must never clash with the interests of the whole, but proceed within the framework of the community for the general good ~ then every Citizen and family is entitled to own a home of their own, as a free people, on unencumbered land without debt or mortgages. And since money is to be a means of measuring something of value, then the economy can grow stronger again as each new home is completed for those currently displaced ~ and under ' Reform ', it would all be done without debt or mortgages under a fully restored U.S. Treasury Banking System. No other political party can offer such a solution since all other political parties are influenced by ' special interests ' that enjoy the current status-quo of money- lending and profiteering. That's why the spirit of the reorganized Reform Party USA is contained in slogan: THE COMMON GOOD BEFORE SELF OR ANY SPECIAL INTEREST, and our main goal is to simply BREAK THE BONDAGE OF DEBT & TAXES !
