COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
Communications Committee: 

(1) The Communications Committee shall have a Chairperson and Secretary that shall appoint a 'Regional Communications Officer', for each Region, and each State Party Organization shall choose a 'State Communications Officer' to coordinate reporting, including Congressional and County Communications Officers, and any additional members pursuant to Article Nine regarding Territories and Possessions of these United States. The purpose of each level of coordination is for an orderly flow of information for the uniform delegation of authority, training, development, and Party building; 

(2) The Communications Committee shall be primarily responsible for the following: formulation, distribution and communication of information to Party members and the general public; develop internal communication programs for newsletters and email alerts; develop internet educational programs for the public; develop and organize a pool of writers, researchers, typists, and proofreaders; develop website management modules for National, Regional and State Party Organizations; assign qualified personnel for website management; develop and maintain website forums; manage email lists for the party; design, update and continually enhance the National website; and all other duties as become necessary or assigned.
