RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE
Resolutions Committee

(1) The Resolutions Committee shall have a Chairperson and Secretary that shall appoint
a 'Regional Resolutions Officer', for each Region, and each State Party Organization shall
choose a 'State Resolutions Officer' to coordinate reporting for their State Party Organization; 

(2) The Resolutions Committee shall compile and consider all proposed Resolutions of a
general nature, by any member of a State Party Organization, concerning matters of public
interest to the Reform Party, formulate policies of current issues, draft Platform planks,
maintain a system of political research; and other matters for consideration by the National
Committee or National Convention. All proposals shall be timely reported in writing, including
the text of each Resolution recommended for adoption, and the text of all proposals not
recommended by the Resolutions Committee; and ,

(3) All Committee approved, and grammatically formulated, Resolutions of a general nature
shall be submitted to the National Secretary thirty (30) days prior to any meeting of the National Committee, and copies of all Resolutions shall be sent to each member, by electronic means,
no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the National Committee meeting, unless the Executive Committee submits an urgent and timely Resolution as a matter of necessity not within these
time limits. All recommendations for consideration by the National Convention, must be approved, reported, and submitted to the National Secretary sixty (60) days prior to the date of the first
scheduled business meeting.
