Going North on Fairview Ave toward Denny Way (The Seattle Times building and the Pink "Toe-Truck" are both on Fairview) Turn Left onto Valley St (This is the last cross street before one reaches the waterfront restaurants in that area) Turn Right onto Westlake Ave N Keep going on Westlake for a minute or so. The China Harbour will be on your Right, heading North. You won't miss its large tiled exterior and neon lights.

I-5 Northbound - Take Seneca Exit (off the L), go straight off the ramp (don't turn R) - Go R on Fourth Street (then straight for 11 blocks) - Go L on Wall Street (downhill towards water) - Go R on First Street, the straight for 2 blocks - Turn R into parking lot just past Cedar Street

I-5 Southbound Alternatives - Try to take Mercer Exit - Then, angle L onto Broad Street

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Hall is a large white older building with a curved front portico. There is plentiful parking to be found in the lot and surrounding areas.
