| The RSVP Program of Eastern Oregon began service in 1974. Our service area includes Gilliam, Morrow, Umatilla, and Wheeler Counties in Oregon. RSVP is sponsored by CAPECO (Community Action Program East Central Oregon) and our main office is located in Pendleton, Oregon. We have field offices in Hermiston and Heppner, Oregon. Our program offers a variety of opportunities for those ages 55 and over to give back to their communities. Samples of work sites are: Senior Centers, Senior Meal Sites, Museum Tour Guides, Clerical, Medical Transportation Drivers, Meals on Wheels Drivers, etc... Currently we have over 786 active volunteers throughout our service area, and 100 volunteer sites. Please feel free to explore our various pages, and links to other RSVP Sites.
