	Banking on the more than 20 years experience of the management team in the fields of marketing, architecture and engineering, RTDCP shall continue to pursue greater achievement in the line of business.                                                                         Real Estate Marketing Overview       RTDCP is currently affiliated with real estate development companies, such as: Asiatic Development Corporation, Basic Housing Solutions, Inc and Asiatic Land, Inc. under the umbrella of  Asiatic Group of Companies. The compensation package from this undetaking is in the form of commission in return for the services rendered by virtue of an AUTHORITY TO SELL or MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT. Mechanics        RTDCP is continously recruiting dedicated and talented professionals in search of further achievements and consequently developing their marketing skills to become regular members of the SPECIAL PROJECT OPERATION TEAM (SPOT) that composes the sales organization.       The sharing of commission emanates from a multi-layered sales organization and the rates of commission, bonuses and incentives are announced thru an official memorandum depending on the overall performance, leadership skills  and loyalty to the organization. Organizational Policy       The Agency Contract between the members of the SPOT and RTDCP is valid only up to the end of every year. The appointment to the marketing organization is co-terminus with the Contract of Agency. The renewal of appoinment and reinstatement to certain position or level shall be the result of favorable performance evaluation by RTDCP. Duties and Responsibilities         SPOT Functions        To offer the products of the aformentioned DEVELOPERS to prospective CLIENTS.        To assist the DEVELOPERS in the presentation of their products to the CLIENTS.        To assist in the preparation, collection and transmittal of pertinent documents required by both parties.        To regularly submit status report and participate in company meetings and other related activities.        Company Functions        To assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing plans and programs of the DEVELOPERS.        To recruit, train and develop the SPOT that shall compose the sales organization.        To support and monitor marketing operations and sales activities of the SPOT.        To exercise administrative function over the SPOT and other line subordinates.
