Macnish Family History Now In Cyberspace

BRISBANE, Queensland:  On 28 September, 2000, it was announced at at the home of James Forsyth Macnish that the MACNISH family had been secretly launched into cyberspace.

Researchers throughout the world had been meaning to do something about all the precious certificates, letters, photographs and newspaper clippings and now they've got somewhere to share them.

Since Jim followed Lela and Isla south for a mini-family reunion we've been preparing this way to pay back the surprise and celebrate the millennium with family motto,  By courage, not by stratagem.  So here's the result.

No, it's certainly not perfect, it's certainly not complete, and it may not do justice to all the knowledge people have of the family yet, but we've made a start.

We acknowledge with thanks all those who have assisted in the gathering of the details here given in good faith and we hope for continued input from our fellow Macnish researchers all over the world to enrich this little cyber chez nous:
