I've been going through our photo albums, and I have two special pictures to share. The first picture was taken in November of 1971, one of the few times we were in Georgia at that time of year. David was in pre-school, and we knew it would be hard to make fall visits once he started to school.
Through the years all these kids were growing up, we were frequently able to get together at Harlem, and we have photos from many of those occasions. What makes this picture special is that the children were such obvious stairsteps. And now, they are still stairsteps except in just the opposite order! The youngest is now the tallest. The second photo was made at the wedding of David Whitaker and Becky Gunn, October 30, 1999. See how they changed in 28 years!
