Bananaboo: A great site for elementary teachers looking for stuff to do with their classes.
CBC for Kids: Has alot of online games which may or may not be convertible to a classroom setting.
CNN Education: Could be useful for higher level students.
Daily Word Searches: Ahhh, word searches. A great way to kill the last part of class, when you run out of material to teach.
ESL through Music: A great concept and could give the kids a much needed break from their usual classroom routine.
Business English: Lots of stuff here for older classes, especially in a corporate setting.
Scorpi.com: An interesting site especially if you want to jazz up those handouts or power point lessons.
Fastq: A links page with lots of links to companies which have free educational stuff to download.

Kotesol: This is an organisation of Foreign and Korean teachers who actively meet to share ideas.
Activity Village: A UK site with lots of printables and other stuff.
Kids Midis: If your connected to the internet, this site has alot of kids songs, karoke style. No downloads, though.

All about Colouring: If all else fails, colouring always works to keep the little...er, students busy.
Worksheets Unlimited: Just what the link says, though, I think there is an actual limit, but who am I to criticize.
