Graduating from Indiana University in 1981 with honors, she worked in Chicago for 11 years in geriatric rehabilitation. After that, she spent 2 years in Costa Rica as a Peace Corps Volunteer. She has spent the last 5 years studying with John Barnes, PT who developed the Myofascial Release technique. The Ruidoso Physical Therapy Clinic was established by Lydia in 1996. |
