| New Vinyl Siding - REALLY got to know the neighbors who are professional siding, window, deck installers. They did a GREAT job as you can see by the pictures. Chris helped them by hanging insulation. We cleaned and painted the foundation and doors to match the aluminum trim. New Seamless Gutters - The neighbor subcontracted this job. |

| Replaced old rope & pulley windows with new deluxe thermopane windows downstairs - The windows are wonderful, look great, insulate sound & heat great, but we got what we paid for on installation. (Neighbor didn't get the job and was quick to point out the sloppy work.) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Completely Renovated Garage - A MAJOR rework involving all new roof decking & roof which Chris & Timmy helped with. Replaced extensive termite structural damage in the siding, roof trusses, and wall studs. Replaced and repaired asbestos shingles. Had to literally jack up a whole side to replace the rotted wood supporting the wall. Also added the transom window and repaired the double sash window, overhead door and side door.
