It is essential that we have any details about your daughter's medical conditions, including allergies.

You will be sent a form to complete about medical conditions, medicines being taken and allergies, as well as contact details for your doctor and details of inoculations.

It is essential that you fill in this form and sign it. Please do not leave any sections blank, such as your doctor's phone number.

Once we receive the form, we shall acknowledge it and send you a copy for your records.

The trip is covered by the Tour Operator's travel insurance.
