Raising the hand to the right shoulder, vibrate; Buas ( Water )
Carry the hand to the left shoulder, vibrate; Amach ( Around )
Interlace the fingers over the breast, vibrate; Isteach ( Inwards )
Expand the hands out to form a cross, vibrate; Thrid ( Through )
Lower the hands to your sides, relax with three steady breaths. |
