Coordinators (2)
Together
ü Organize and lead training (with the help of
other officers and Reader Leaders)
ü Communicate, work with, and coordinate actions
of Public Relations Officers, Treasurer, Reader Leaders, and all members.
ü Be responsible for keeping track of materials
and distributing them to Readers Leaders and members.
ü Oversee all projects (book drive, recruitment,
activities fair, etc.).
Internal
Coordinator
ü Organize schedule and location for interviews,
and oversee interview process.
ü Devise schedule for Redshaw shifts and assign
Reader Leader groups.
ü Work with Public Relations Officers and Reader
Leaders to monitor attendance.
External
Coordinator
ü Communicate with Redshaw regarding regular
activities and any proposed changes in the program.
ü Be responsible for all necessary communication
with the University, advisors, and community.
Treasurer (1)
ü Devise annual budget (with the support and
input of other officers).
ü Communicate with the University regarding all
financial matters (with the direct support of the External Coordinator).
ü Monitor income and spending for the group.
ü Keep track of all receipts.
ü Work with other officers to solicit support
from businesses and/or other sources.
Public Relations (2)
Together
ü Maintain email account and manage general
communication with all members.
ü Write semester article and other general
materials.
Public
Relations 1
ü Create and maintain website.
ü Record and distribute minutes from meetings.
ü Monitor attendance at Redshaw and at meetings
for all members.
ü Establish and maintain contact sheets.
Public
Relations 2
ü Orchestrate publicity for events (i.e.
bookdrive).
ü Be responsible for recruitment publicity
(including fliers, clearance for placement of applications in dining halls,
student centers, etc.).
ü As a part of recruitment, maintain email
correspondence relating to new or potential members.
Reader Leaders
ü Be the leader of a shift at Redshaw (organize
buddy system, monitor attendance, maintain communication with all members of
your shift).
ü Keep in touch with Coordinators regarding any
problems during shift, any questions, or any suggestions.
ü Participate and help with interview and
training process.
ü Be main support system for officers and help
with projects such as book drive and recruitment.
