This piece of hieroglyphic script should be quite easy to understand and not need a lot of introduction. It is the central panel of the box in which the American adventurers Burns, Henderson and Daniels find the Book of the Dead and those fated canopic jars. |

I have not been able to translate the rest of the box as being techologically challenged in the DVD department. My video was rather fuzzy at the edges when on pause so I couldn't see anymore. If someone can do me a snatch of the picture of the camera looking over the shoulder of Dr C showing him translating the inscription I would be most grateful. |

You might be interested to know that the idea for this curse came from wording the supposed curse reportedly found on King Tutankhamen's tomb. This was reported in the Times newspaper when Lord Carnavan died from an infected insect bite after being present at the tomb opening. The only thing is that there never was a curse and the newspaper made it up ... |
