Orange Juice Cake

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 orange instant pudding (may use vanilla pudding)
4 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray bundt pan. Line bottom of pan with peacns. Mix rest of ingredients above together. Pour on top of pecans and bake for about 45 minutes.

Prepare:
Melt 3/4 cup butter. Adde 3/4 cup sugar and 6 tablespoons orange juuice. Stir and bring to a boil for one minute. As soon as you take the cake out of the oven poke holes in it with a toothpick and slowly pour this mixture over it. Let sit for 20 minutes or so and invert dirctly on a plate (not on a wire mesh).

Frost with orange icing if desired.
