Whipping Cream Cake
1 cup real butter
6 eggs
3 cups white sugar
1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
3 cups white cake flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
Cream sugar and butter together.
Add eggs and flour alternately mixing in each addition really well.
Add vanilla.
Fold in (whipped) cream.
Pour into a well-greased and floured cake pan (or bundt pan).
Place in a COLD oven.
Set oven to 325 degrees and cook 1 hour and 25 minutes or until toothpick is dry.
Remove cake from pan as soon as you remove it from the oven.
Serve with more whipped cream!
