Easy Weiner Rolls
May be prepared in advance and stored in freezer.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Trim the crusts from:
12 slices sandwich bread

Use a rolling pin or jar and flatten the bread slices. Spread each slice with your preference of either
mustard, ketchup, relish, horseradish or a mixture of condiments (ie: mustard mixed with horseradish).

Set out:
1 package of 12 weiners

Place one weiner on each piece of bread, roll up and secure (if desired) with a toothpick. Using a sharp knife, trim the edges of each roll, then cut into 1-inch lengths.

Brush each length with
melted butter.

Arrange on a baking sheet and cook until lightly browned (20 minutes).

Variation:  Use cooked breakfast sausage instead of weiners.
