2005 - became year of large financial changes in the East.
These changes became the largest economic event after the Asian Financial crisis of 1997. We shall try to see in it not only economic, but also ezoterical (astrological) sense. The East loves riddles, and accidents here lead to fluent consequences and laws.
So, on July, 21-st, 2005 the Central Bank of Chinese has declared Peoples Republic of China's transition to a floating rate of yuan - national currency of China. For this event all very long waited. In May 2005г. Hearings went, that China just about will pass to a floating rate of the national currency, however it has occured only in the end of July 2005г.
It is very curious to estimate the moment chosen by China for so important financial decision. It is known, that the USA very long pressed to China in favor of the prompt strengthening of national currency of China. America suffered from cheap Chinese goods which every year increased gold-foreign currency reserves of this largest Asian country and simultaneously suffered from the all an increasing gap in trading balance with China.
So, the statement of China for refusal of a rigid rate of yuan and the beginning of strengthening of this currency has occured all some days prior to the announcement of the USA of trading war to China. America was threatened to lift duties on many Chinese goods from what import of the Chinese goods could decrease to 30 % in the USA.
On the other hand, China has declared the new rate next day after statement of the Head of Federal Reserve System of the USA (FRS) Alain Grinspen before the Congress of the USA. This traditional semi-annual report of the main financier of America has been sustained in bravura tones of the director which main task to install the further optimism and belief in growth of the American economy. As is known, Grinspen with this problem consults superb, sometimes even anything particularly not promising, but thus achieving amazing results. Such was time when America did not lift a discount rate long time, but thus " let released on arena " Grinspen. And then the markets and managed to be kept stock exchanges from the further falling, even anything really not undertaking.
So, Grinspen's reporte in the Congress of the USA was on Wednesday on July, 20th, 2005, and the new step of China and a concession to America have been made on July, 21-st, 2005. Thus, China has managed to keep the face, having shown visible independence in acceptance of externally-political decisions, and the USA "distributing" on time of these two events, have shown, as of something are capable in the decision of the financial problems. And the successes achieved by administration Prezidneta of USA Bush, are successes of the American policy, instead of the god-send which has fallen down from the sky.
So has coincided (or China has won twice), but revaluation of the Chinese currency of yuan has happened during the moment of the highest rise in price of currency of the USA for last 14 months. Thus, the concession of China has appeared scanty, and a launching site - the most favourable to the future. The first strengthening of the Chinese currency has occured(happened) on a mark 8,11 yuans for 1 American dollar. Before more than 10 years the official rate of yuan was 8,28 for US dollar.
Ezoteric and astrological sense of date on July, 21st 2005г. On a new unsteady currency track many-sided character has introductions of China and is for certain counted by a management of China from the point of view of benefit on East horoscope known as 12-th totem animals.
But it is necessary to pay attention, that this political and currency-financial shift of China has coincided with an exit of Saturn from a sign on the Cancer in a Year of the Cock and Saturn's beginning of movement on a sign on the Lion. Still it is not known, who whom has more tied in all this two-currency history? - China America or America China! … However, the political and military management of China should understand, that, for example, capture of the next American military self-summer which has brocken air space of China, with the subsequent disassembly of self-summer and reluctant transfer of pilots to the American side, can turn back milliard losses because of deterioration of economic conditions of promotion of the Chinese goods on the North-American market and sharp jumps of a rate of exchange of the Chinese Yuan. The same currency problems with yuan now can arise and at escalation of the Chinese policy concerning Taiwan. Thus, the floating rate of exchange is not always well and imposes the certain political frameworks on mutual relations between the states. Trade loves peace, and all is told by it!
Astrologically, transition to a floating rate of yuan has coincided with increasing connection of the Sun and Saturn. The difference in 1 degree speaks that the decision was accepted under strong pressure the Sun (America) to China (Saturn), the country leaders of China - on its conservative part which resulted many reasons against such step. It is necessary to see the conflict which can already arise in a year in this connection. It can touches as China-America, and inside of the country China. Probably, that in a year of the USA will show the big discontent with very weak and very slow strengthening of the Chinese national currency. America will accuse China, that that plays at giveaway, actually anything essentially not changing. And China, most likely, will be compelled(forced) to go for more cardinal steps on rise in price of the currency. Inside the countries in a year there can be next " a clearing of blockages " - resignation of the next large group of dogmatically conceiving Chinese comrades, refusing to keep up to date and a new authoritative нео-liberal rate of the Chinese management(manual).

The time has come to tell, what characteristic to China give sabian symbols in 2005. Value sounds so: " The Chinese laundry is closed … ". This symbolical value concerns and to share both to currency transactions and the markets, financial and other pyramids, and also as a whole, growth of economy. But, China has managed to sustain a pause in 6 months from the beginning of stepped East New Year of the Cock (2005), having continued the rough economic growth. And, as we see, " the currency-financial laundry " still only begins. As soon as China has declared strengthening yuan and transition to a floating rate at global currency stock exchanges mass currency gamble has begun: dump of dollars and buying up of yuan.
News about new motions of China has coincided with "horrifying" growth of the Moon in a sky. On the night of July, 22-nd 2005. The moon, having come nearer to the Earth less than on 360 thousand in km., and before our eyes it has grown on 1/3 times. Such big "cheese" we still not far (as astronomers confirm) for last 20 years. A big Moon as Gold and sound Yuan, became the good application of China for the next 20 years forward. The world varies and demands changes, and here already Malaysia after China has announced the beginning of free navigation of the national currency. Ahead, certainly, it is a lot of shocks, but, as speak to learn to float, it is necessary to float!
