Popovers
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients.  Bake in oven at 450 degrees, for 35 minutes.
Lower heat to 350 degrees, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or
until deep golden brown.

This was a family holiday favorite.  It was wonderful to wake up to fried eggs, bacon
and popovers on Christmas or New Years morning.

We would carefully slice open the popover and put butter in it.  Next combine eggs and pieces of bacon.  The taste is out of this world!
