Turkey Stew with Dumplings
After the Thanksgiving feast and turkey sandwiches are made, take left over turkey bones and add to a large pot.
Cover bones with water, and cook until meat comes off the bones.
Remove bones from water and return cut up meat to pot.

Add onions, carrots and potatoes to pot.
Add any left over vegetable.
Add left over gravy or gravy packages to water to season.
Cook until vegetables are done.

Dumpling mix
2 cups of
Bisquick
2/3 cup of milk

Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew; reduce heat.
Cook uncovered 10 minutes. 
Cover and cook 10 minutes.

Makes 10 dumplings.
