Honey Wheat Bread
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup honey
1/4 butter
1 cups white flour
2 cups wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons salt
2 pckgs. of active dry yeast
1 egg

Heat first 4 ingredients until warm.  Combine warm liquids, yeast only, 2 cups of flour.  Beat medium speed. stir in rest of flour.  Knead for 2 minutes.  Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour.  Grease loaf pan.  Divide dough into 2 pans.  Punch down.  Let rise 1 more hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
