| Turkey Casserole | ||||||||||
| 2 cups diced turkey Mix together and warm up: 1 pckg. tiny tender frozen peas 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 soup can full of milk 1 cup mayonaise Cook and drain 1 box medium shell macaroni Blend together 2 pckgs (inside of box) Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick melted butter Blend diced turkey, peas and soup mixture and shell macaroni. Put into a greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs that have been mixed with the melted butter on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min. until bubbly and lightly browned. Renee Zamora |
