I see miracles every day. The world is a miracle. The ever expanding universe. The world we live in ,gravity ,rotation around the sun. The oceans, rivers tides, and the beauty of the world around us. Life is a miracle. We have a body for our Spirit.

I think technology left me behind. I was just trying to figure how a voice came over a telephone when along came TV. When I use the computer or send a fax, I have witnessed a miracle.

The birth of a baby is a miracle. The birth of animals and the instinct of the mother is a miracle. I also think of the medical marvels that have preserved my life. When we witness a healing,we have witnessed faith, not a miracle. . When I put a seed in the ground and get a beautiful tomato, I have witnessed a miracle. Life is a miracle.

I really can't say that I've seen or witnessed a miracle other than when my 3 daughter's were born. To me that was my miracle along with being able to see my daughters 1st children(my grandchildren born!)

I'll throw in a "miracle" of my mother's. She only told me about it once, and never seemed willing to discuss it again. It happened in Glens Falls Hospital just before or just after I was born. Apparently some doctor was experimenting with a drug he was calling "Miracle Sleep". He couldn't get permission to try it on real people, so he went to the maternity ward, found Mom to be in the bed closest to the doorway, and gave the shot to Mom. The next thing she knew she was in some sort of tunnel in the dark with a bright light at the far end. She heard a voice that sort of echoed, like hollering in a barrel. It was her favorite uncle, Uncle John Dunn, long-since dead.

He said "I see you're having another craw-puckin" and he laughed happily. Mom said this was his word for babies, and I was her second baby. Then Mom heard another voice, deep and loud. It said something like: Go back! There is more work for you to do! And Mom sat up, wide awake. There had been a sheet over her face. The doctor had already begun writing out her death certificate. He was startled that she was alive. (And she still is;next month she'll be 97.)

And that is all she ever had to say about that!

I would have to say that the only miracle that I have seen was the birth of my two children. That was an amazing and spiritual experience to welcome Hannah and Liam into this world and into our family.

Off hand I can't say I have as of yet. There has been so much sickness, death and cancer in our family, but not any spectacular cures for anyone. But you never know someday I might see one. I belive they can happen. If there has been one I can't recall it.

I don't think I have ever seen a mirale. I do believe life in it self is a mirale everyday. The continuing cycle of life is so amazing.

Being present when my sister in law had her baby. I think all births are miracles, especially when you have your own baby.
