11. Share a story about one of your siblings.

II have to tell something about both, but I'll start with Jenny. When we were about 8, 10, and 12 we were riding on uncle Steve's 3 wheeler. We all took turns, but when it was Jenny's turn, she hit a pole wire by the garden and fell off. The 3 wheeler ran over her legs and everyone ran to her. Luckily she was okay even though she was limping pretty badly. It was all caught on tape by grandpa or Steve, so she'll always see her driving abilities!!

Carrie was always the entertainment in the family. Grandma loved watching her play because she was so funny. One time she went outside with her brand new sunglasses on. She picked up a stick and pretended she was blind, walking around poking at the gravel. She didn't know at the time that grandma was watching her because she was in her own little world. It might have been the same day, but Carrie also got the words to a song mixed up and came up with a whole new song. Everyone was laughing so hard I think someone peed their pants. We still sing the song to her when it comes on the radio!

12. Did you have a favorite pet while growing up? Tell us about your pet(s). If you didn't have one what did you wish for?

The first pet I can remember was Irving our cat, and Jo-Jo our bird. Grandpa named the cat. ( We all put names in a bowl and grandpa's was pulled out. ) When we moved, we couldn't take the pets so we gave our bird to a friend and the cat went to the SPCA. I didn't get a cat again until I was about 18. I got him from the SPCA when he was 8 weeks old. We called him Tigger because he was orange. I ended up having to give him back to the SPCA because I couldn't keep him at the new apartment. The other pets I remember were grandma and grandpa's dog Dux, and Steve's dog Simba. Those were some fun animals!

13. Did you haver a favorite family vacation? Tell us something about it.

Every year we did some of the same things. I always looked forawrd to going to Darien Lake (it's Six Flags Darien Lake now) as a family. We would also go out to Glens Falls to visit grandma and grandpa. That was my favorite part of the summer. One year just us girls stayed with them for a couple weeks. That was so much fun! It was sad when then drove us home. When Carrie and I were 12 and 14 we took a bus out to Glens Falls. It was a long bus ride, but worth the time it took. My favorite vacations are still every year when I get to go visit everyone in Lake George.

14. Do you follow any religious beliefs? Tell us about your church.

"I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints"- as the song goes. I attend the Alden branch in Alden, NY with my mom. Our branch has such wonderful people in it, and were very friendly and welcoming when I started going there. I was born into the religion, and it was so wonderful to be able to grow up learning the gospel. I love reading about church history, and am greatful to live so close to Palmyra. Every year I look forward to seeing The Hill Cumorah Pageant. I feel like I learn something new each year. It's exciting teaching my daughter the things I learned when I was little, and knowing that she will get baptized when she is 8.

15. Do you collect anything? Tell us about your collection or favorite item.

This year I started collecting angels. I love the Kneaded Angels the most, but the Willow Tree ones are beautiful. My mom got me my first angel at Christmas, and Jenny and Carrie got my the Sisters by Heart Willow Tree one. I can't wait to watch my collection grow.

16. Is there someplace you lived that you especially liked or disliked and why?

I remember when we lived on Pheasant run in Amherst, NY. I loved that duplex. We lived right next to some fields, so all our friends would come over and play hide-n-seek with us. Summers were so fun there, because the neighborhood was filled with kids our ages. I think my childhood was a pretty good one, and I miss living there. I have since been down that old street and the house is still the same color, only it's run down now. If I ever had a chance to move back there, chances are I would. I had a lot of wonderful memories there. I can remember most as if it happened just yesterday. Those are the memories I'll always cherish!
