| Spermhead (5.10a), at Hindhede Quarry. The Quarry was across the road from my house pretty much in Singapore, and was a great place for climbing, swimming, cliff jumping, and general exploration. |
| Peter and me, Mt. Kinabalu (Borneo) -- my first climbing trip. We managed to pitch our tent in the middle of a stream bed, and our food supplies consisted mainly of an exasperating array of candy. Since it rained about half the time, we ripped our one novel in half so we could both read it (Pete had to read the second half first). |
