Description |
Using a juice carton as a
base, use paper mache over carton to create a head. Paint body and add construction paper wings. |
Use styrofoam scraps to
create sculptures based on Oaxacan carvings. |
Use found objects to create
sculptures based on Oaxacan sculptures. |
Use found objects and mixed
media to create miniature works of art to mount or wear as a pin. |
Find suitable materials to
create a 3-D sculpture based on industrial structures like communication
towers. |
Students will use found
objects to create a 3-D sculpture of a food still life. |

water based paint, brushes, water and water containers |
Wood scraps, sand paper,
wood glue, rubber bands, tempera paint, brushes, perm. markers |
