Hindu - Bhagavad Gita
My very being is stricken with the weakness of sentimental pity.
With my mind bewildered about my duty, I ask Thee.
Tell me, for certain, which is better.
I am Thy pupil;
teach me who am seeking refuge in Thee.

when Thy messenger with Thy good mind

Christian - Matthew 26/37
And Jesus took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
Then he said unto them, my soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death. "Wait here, and watch with me".
And he went a little further and fell on his face and prayed, saying, "O my father, if it be possible,
let this cup pass from me, nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou will".
Then he returned to the disciples and found them asleep,
and said to Peter, "What, could you not watch with me one hour?".
Watch and pray that you enter not into temptation. The spirit is indeed willing, but the flesh is weak.
He went away again the second time, and prayed saying,
"O my father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, Thy will be done."
Then he came and found the disciples asleep again.
