Businesses will have to respect the religious beliefs
of their employees. This shouldn't have a huge
impact on the way businesses do business. In close
communities where a only one day is set aside for
worship, businesses may have to close because they have
no help. Businesses, in these areas, could offer
incentives to working on that day to increase their
workforce. They may not even need to go to such
extreme measures since people in these areas will most
likely not be frequenting their businesses
establishment. This extreme scenario, most likely,
will not be the case. Businesses should be able to
adjust their schedules or find part time help to allow
their religious employees the time to worship according
to their beliefs.
