This site was set up, so that potential Sabena customers can make an informed choice before buying a ticket on that airline. As such, it is part of public debate, just like a letter to the editor in a newspaper.
I have done as much as possible to keep an sober, objective tone on the site. Hence, you will find my opinions expressed in the letters that I have sent to Sabena and the authorities, but not on the site as such, other than the introduction page.
The reader should note that Sabena had ample time to avoid the creation of this site. But not only were they the last ones to respond to my complaint (!), but also gave a very poor response. This convinced me that the site was needed.

to my statements, of course.
Even better: Send me and my fellow passengers the clear explanation and apology
