During the first few weeks of the HSW’s existent a large masked wrestler appeared called Claymore, he looked to be a very nice guy, signing lots of autographs, being nice to the fans and refusing to talk badly about his opponents. All these things got the fans on his side, and they cheered him as he beat Tai Hashi in the debut match. Next week though Claymore had a surprise for everyone, when out of nowhere he and his companion The Ninja attacked Assassin and El Nutso and revealed themselves to really be Sabre and Magenta. After revealing themselves Sabre and Magenta quickly got down to business and won their first match a tag team tournament match against Chuck Ortiz and The Veteran with the minimum of fuss, the next week they had similar success by easily defeating The Pebble and X3 in the tournament semi final, but alas this run of wins came to an abrupt end in the tag team tournament final when despite dominating their opponents and setting them up for a certain pin, they lost the match when Assassin interfered and took both Sabre and Magenta out with a title belt. This made Sabre very irate and he planned to get revenge on Assassin, and since Assassin was the HSW champion what better way to do it than taking his title belt from him.
