When the scene opens we are watching the HSW equivalent of WWE Afterburn, firstly we see a recap of the scene where Magenta was withdrawn from her match with Tyler McPherson because of a supposed injury and where Sabre was nominated to replace her in the match. We then see some highlights of the match between Sabre and Tyler focusing mainly on the end of the match where Magenta showed that she wasn’t really injured, and when she hit Tyler with a lead pipe costing him the match and giving Sabre the Headstrong Title shot at Christmas Chaos, when the match is over the scene fades into a shot of the HSW television studio, where we can see Austin Sanders standing in front of the camera.
Austin Sanders: Like many of you I was very surprised with the ending of the last edition of Shocker, I really thought Magenta was injured going into the match and that Tyler was going to get the win and stop Sabre from getting the title shot as Christmas Chaos, but in a move that really shocked me Magenta came out and cost Tyler the win giving Sabre the title shot showing everyone that her supposed torn hamstring was nothing but a fabrication. This raises a lot of questions if you ask me, just why did Magenta fake that injury and give up her chance of winning a title shot to Sabre, and was this all part of some big conspiracy, well a couple of days a go Kelly Clarkson caught up with Sabre and Magenta while they were doing an autograph session over in London so let’s hear what they have to say about what went down on Shocker.
We are now taken to a scene inside a huge shop deep in the heart of London, here we can see Kelly Clarkson standing to the side of some kind of stage, on the stage sitting behind a table are Sabre and Magenta who are both currently busy signing autographs and posing for pictures with some of their English based fans. It is also noticeable that Sabre is wearing an England Rugby Union jersey to celebrate the fact that England have just won the Rugby World Cup. After a short while Sabre and Magenta finish the autograph session and leave the stage to cheers from the fans, as they leave the stage they quickly see Kelly and as soon as they do so Magenta starts to do an obviously pretend limp, but this stops as soon as they reach Kelly and instead both Sabre and Magenta start to laugh for while and laugh in such a way as you’d start to believe that they both think Magenta pretending to limp was one of the funniest things ever, after the laughter dies down Sabre finally speaks to Kelly.
Sabre: What the hell do you want woman, as you can see I’m a very busy man, I have people to see and things to do so get out of my way will you.
Kelly Clarkson: Sabre you know as well as I do that you owe all the HSW fans an explanation about what went down on the last edition of Shocker, but before we get into that how come you two were just signing autographs for the fans I thought you two never did that.
Sabre: Correction young lady, we never sign autographs over in America because why should I waste my time with such a bunch of uncultured barbarians, but over here in England I’m more than happy to sign autographs because over here you get a more intelligent set of fans, so I’m happy to spend some time with them. Now will you excuse me we have business to attend to.
Sabre and Magenta now start to walk away from Kelly but before they get very far Kelly runs back in front of them.
Kelly Clarkson: Come on you’ve got to give us your take on what happened on Shocker.
Kelly, Sabre told you we were busy, so I’d get out of the way if I was you , before I kick you out of the way.
Once again Sabre and Magenta move away from Kelly, but Kelly just won’t let them go and runs in front of them again, Magenta starts to look a bit mad, but before she can do anything untoward towards Kelly, Kelly tries to speak to them once last time.
Kelly Clarkson: Oh come on Sabre, you’ve got to speak to me, I’ve got to know if what went down on Shocker was part of one big conspiracy.
With that Kelly finally gets the attention of Sabre and Magenta.
Sabre: Why Kelly of course it was part of one big conspiracy, one big conspiracy to make sure that I got a Headstrong Title shot at Christmas Chaos while putting in the bare minimum of effort, and you know what Kelly thanks to my amazing intelligence it worked perfectly didn’t it, and thanks to all the planning I put it, there isn’t a damn thing anyone including Joey Matthew can do about it. You see Kelly everything from the beginning of The Breakdown Brawl has gone according to my plan, and thanks to that plan I now stand ready to pick up the belt at Christmas Chaos. You see Kelly I never really planned to win the Breakdown Brawl even though it seemed that I really wanted to win, because I knew a much easier way to get the title shot, and what you’ve seen over the last couple of weeks was my plan unfolding to perfection. Do you remember just before the Brawl when I said that Magenta would sacrifice her chance to win to win the Brawl to make sure I got my title shot.
Kelly Clarkson: Yes I remember that, but I thought you meant that she was going to do double team moves with you on your opponents and then let you pin her.
Sabre: Guess again Kelly, when I told you that Magenta was going to sacrifice her chance of winning the Brawl I had something else entirely in mind, you see we both decided that Magenta would purposefully eliminate herself from the Brawl, and then I would use the fact that she wasn’t properly eliminated from the match as a bargaining chip to get her in some type of one on one match for the right to win a shot at the title, and we easily managed to do that didn’t we, the fact that Tyler McPherson was also eliminated from the match and allowed back into it to win the title shot only made our job easier, but even without that we would have still been able to find a way of getting Magenta in such a match. Then the plan was for me to get eliminated from the Brawl pretty quickly because what was the point in competing in it if I had an easier way of getting the title shot. So I allowed myself to get pinned pretty quickly, sure I stuck around long enough to eliminate El Nutso, because I hate that guy so much that I was willing to stick around for a while just to stop his chance of getting a title shot, but after he was gone I pretty much allowed myself to be pinned at the first possible opportunity. Why else do you think I was pinned by The Man with No Name, come on that puny little pipsqueak could barely even hurt me with his best moves let alone pin me if I didn’t want him to. But part of my plan was to get eliminated from the Brawl as soon as possible so I let him pin me, now I know he’s going round bragging saying that he’s better than me because he got the pin fall, but we all know the truth really, we all know that he is nothing compared to me and that he never will be. Anyway enough about that little wimp back to my plan, after the Brawl I planned to confront Joe Matthew about the way Magenta was eliminated from the match and use that fact to get her a chance at winning a title shot at Christmas Chaos, and I think three weeks ago on Shocker we were all able to see me accomplish that quite easily. It was no problem twisting Joey’s words until he gave me the match that I wanted, and once I’d got that match, all I had to do was put the final part of my plan together and the title shot was mine. And I think we all saw on the last edition of Shocker that the final part of my plan went down a treat. All I did was get to get my lawyers to insert a clause in the contract for the match saying that if Magenta couldn’t wrestle then she could nominate someone else to take her place and that person would get the spot in the match if they were to win. Not surprisingly given the skill of the lawyers that I can afford with my huge fortune this clause was readily accepted, then there was the rather simple task of convincing the HSW head trainer that Magenta was injured, given our acting skills that wasn’t very hard was it. We fooled RJ so easily and got him to sign that medical release form so quickly that it was like taking candy from a baby. And if any of the other wrestlers feel like disputing the fact that I shouldn’t get the title shot because Magenta wasn’t really injured well you can guess again, because the medical release form is legally water tight so there is nothing any of them can do about it, but don’t blame me, I’m sure you would all have done the same if only you’d thought of it first, if you have to blame anyone blame Joey Matthew for hiring a head trainer who hadn’t got a clue what he was doing. And guys if you want to repeat my plan and try to get yourself a title shot the easy way, you’ll have to think again, because I know Joey has tightened up his match contracts to stop this kind of thing happening again, of course it won’t do him any good with me, because I’ll always be able to find a loophole in his contracts to get what I want, but when you’ve got someone as intelligent as me what do you expect. Anyway now I’d moved myself into a singles match to win the title shot, and since I’m the best wrestler on the face of this planet and the Ultimate Fighting Machine, that title shot was only minutes away from my grasp.
Kelly Calloway: OK I think I’m with you, you used some sneaky methods to get yourself a match where if you won you’d get a title shot, but surely it wasn’t in your plan to face Tyler McPherson in that match, because he’s one of HSW’s biggest stars.
Sabre: Kelly if there was anyone I’d want to face in that match, it was Tyler McPherson, that man is a total wimp, and his style of wrestling is perfect for me.
Kelly Calloway: But he almost beat you, and probably would have done so if Magenta hadn’t interfered.
Sabre: Rubbish I was just lulling him into a false sense of security, it’s called the human game of chess you know. Sure I could have beaten Tyler quite easily with just a succession of power moves, but why use that energy when you don’t have to. Going into that match he thought Magenta was injured, so it was just a case of getting him in position for a sneak attack and letting Magenta do the rest, and of course that’s exactly what happened, I used my intelligence to get Tyler just where I wanted him, and then Magenta lowered the boom on him with that lead pipe and the match was mine, the title shot was mine and I barely had to break a sweat to get it.
Kelly Calloway: My God it’s almost like your some kind of evil genius or something.
Sabre: Well you could say that, but I couldn’t possibly comment. Now if you’ll excuse me I’ve got to go now.
Sabre and Magenta start to leave again, but Kelly tires to get their attention again.
Kelly Calloway: Before you go what about this week’s Shocker, I’d like to know about the eight person tag match where you’ll be acting as the special referee. Are you going to call this match down the middle?
Once again Sabre turns to face Kelly.
Sabre: Of course I’m not going to call it down the middle, I’m going to whatever I want in this match, and favour whoever I want, and if management wants me to do otherwise then tough shit, because no one dictates what I do, and if management tries to punish me what are they going to do that could possibly affect me. Fine me, like that would bother me with all my money, suspend me, not very likely is it, since if I was taken off TV the ratings would plummet and that wouldn’t be very good for business would it. Take my title shot off me, no I don’t think so because that title shot is legally mine and if I was to lose it, it would cost them millions when I sued Joey Matthew for all he’s got or perhaps they might try to appoint another ref, well that won’t happen either because this match is set and there is nothing that can be done to change it. So there’s nothing management can do to affect what I do as a ref and therefore I’ll call it how I want, and if I decide to favour one side over the other then so be it.
Kelly Calloway: So who are you going to favour then?
Sabre: You’ll just have to wait and see won’t you. Both I think everyone knows that I hate every member of the Nocturnal Supremacy – Dysfunctional team, especially Assassin and El Nutso, but people will also probably know that I hate Tyler McPherson and The Man with No Name as well. So the only people in this match who I don’t mind are Bloodhound and The Bogey Man, in fact I think both those guys are fine upstanding members of the wrestling community, but will my opinion on the various people affect the way I referee this match, you’re damn right it will, but how will it affect my performance you’ll have to wait and see. Now that is all I have to say about that match, so get out of my sight will you I’ve got nothing more to say to you.
Once again Sabre and Magenta leave Kelly behind, Kelly tries to get their attention again, but it’s hopeless as they just keep ignoring her. After they do this for a while Kelly finally gives up and the scene ends.
