The scene opens backstage in the Cow Palace. At the moment we can see Sabre, he is wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and black trainers but alas he is sans world title belt. Standing next to Sabre is the referee from his match with Chris Shea at No Limits (It was never specified who it was in the card so let's assume it was Joe Eckens) Sabre stares down at the ref with an extremely annoyed look on his face. Sabre: What the hell where you playing at in that match Joe. Joe Eckens: I was just doing my job Sabre, I thought I did well seeing as though there was a lot of pressure on me because of the magnitude of the situation. Sabre: What the hell are you talking about Joe, you didn't do well, you totally and utterly messed up and in the process of which you cost me my world title, the title belt that I had worked so hard to obtain. Joe Eckens: I don't see how Sabre. Sabre: You must be a bit of an idiot then. Because if you remember rightly just before Chris Shea pinned me and won the title belt he hit me with a chair. Joe Eckens: And. Sabre: Well Joe, the match was a glass house match wasn't it. Joe Eckens: Yes it was Sabre. Sabre: Now a glass house match is supposed to be a very hardcore match, and indeed my match with Shea was just that, we were both covered in blood by the end of the match, but Joe the rules of the match said that the only weapons that could be used were glass ones. Joe, that chair Shea hit me with was clearly not made of glass, so he should have been disqualified, but you did nothing, you should there like a dickless moron and did absolutly nothing about it, and don't give me any of that crap about not seeing it happen because you were looking right at it. You had both eyes wide open and you were staring right ahead at the action. So why the hell didn't you DQ Shea. Joe Eckens: Whoops, I guess I got carried away with the excitement of the match. Sabre: Is that all you can say Joe, whooops. You cost me a world title, you ended the longest ever OCW world title reign and you cost me a ten match winning streak and all you can say is whooops. You are lucky I am not Mike Massacre because if I was I would tear you to shreds, but since I'm not as violent as he is you will have to make do with just getting the hell out of my sight and never entering my line of vision ever again, because I attribute my loss to you and you alone. Shea did well in the match, there is no denying that, but if it hadn't of being for that chair shot things could have turned out very differently. So Eckens get the hell away from me and never come back. Joe Eckens promptly scurries off into the distance, when he is out of sight Sabre turns back to the camera. Sabre: Chris Shea, well done on winning the world title belt, you battled hard and managed to get the job done. I'm not mad at you for you using the chair, I would have probably used it to if I had the chance, you rode your luck by using it, and it paid off for you, but I am definitely mad at Joe Eckens he should have disqualified you, but alas he did not, and after the chair connected with my skull it was only a matter of time until you picked up the win. I managed to hold on for a bit, and somehow showing my immense resilience when I kicked out of the overkill. But in the end the writing was on the wall after that chair shot and you soon got the victory and the title. Don't count on holding that title belt for long though because our paths will cross again and they will probably cross in the near future and when they do the result of the match will be very different to our match at No Limits because you will be sabreized. Sabre pauses for a few moments. Before resuming talking to the camera. Sabre: But in the mean time, until my inevitable rematch with Shea I'll just have to get back onto winning ways and re-start my win streak, and my opponent this week gives me the ideal opportunity to do just that. Chris O'Hann, Psycho or whatever the hell you're name is this week, you are in quite an unenviable position this week, because you are facing possibly the most motivated man in the history of wrestling, because I want my spot at the top back and I am not going to let anyone stand in my way. I've seen your past matches here in OCW and even though you have yet to win you have acquitted yourself fairly well. You do have potential to do very well here in OCW, but unfortunately for you in your next match potential will not be enough for you to come out on top because you will not be facing another up and comer and you will be facing a man who is already a major star here. So I just cannot see how you have a chance. I imagine that you'll probably give me your best shot, and that you might get in some good moves, you may even have me in trouble at some point in the match but at the end of the day that extra class which I posses will see me pick up the victory. Don't count on me over looking you either, that just will not happen. I know I want to get back the world title belt but I want what my priority must be this week. My dream of regaining my world title belt will probably come to nothing if I lose to you this week so I am completely focused on beating you, there will be no distractions and no unexpected complications. This week Chris my mind is totally set on you. So you had better be on the top of your game this week, because I most certainly will be, and I'll give you a warning Chris when I'm at the top of my game it will take a super human effort to get past me, and I for one even though I acknowledge your potential don't think you are capable of achieving that. So Chris get yourself ready for our match and while you are doing that get ready to be sabreized. Scene fades to black. |
