Create Your Own Path

In light of America's Independence Day I thought I would tackle the ever-increasing
trend of having people dictate "the one way" to find "God/Divinity/Enlightenment"
and how we are reaching a point where I personally am reclaiming my independent
path to find God, and challenge you to do the same!
Lately I have witnessed a disturbing growth in all paths of spirituality who
are so stuck in ego that they are now teaching that their way, whichever it
is, is the only way for you to find enlightenment. Whether it's Christians,
Wiccans, Traditional Witches or other pagans or metaphysical paths, there seems
to be an alarming emphasis that there needs to be a structured path to
enlightenment. And who better to provide us with this path than these people
who supposedly have found God, and wish to take us down the same path, to experience
their perception of what it is to be in touch with self, and with the Divine?
What isn't being addressed is that we can follow another's path for as long
as we want, and it may work for us, but until we go within and find our
own individual path, we will simply be going through the motions. Divinity lies
within. YOU are God/dess! I encourage you to stop giving your power away to
something outside of yourself - be it church, priests, priestesses, statues,
trees, books, candles, etc. - and go within, to find your inner self.
Until we go within and find our own unique connection to ourselves and to God/dess,
we will continue to struggle down a path that may or may not bring us to the
enlightenment we are seeking. Yes, the angels, guides, and gods are here to
assist us on our path, but they can't do it for us. Neither can somebody else.
It is fine to get guidance from others of like mind, but don't be led into thinking
they are more "powerful" than you, or more knowledgable. Don't give your power
away to others.
We must walk our own individualised path, by following our intuition, our truth,
and daring to go where you have never gone before. It may seem scary to be on
your own, but what are you afraid of? Failure? There is no fail when you walk
your truth. Doing it wrong? There is no wrong in the eyes of the Creator - this
is a human concept called judgment and it's time to release it and move into
unconditional love.
When we travel a path of unconditional love for all, we follow our truth, and
even if we deviate from the path of others, that is all right because there
is no one path and to assume there is, puts a judgment on our divinity and how
we choose to perceive the Divine. Do you really want to give your power away
to another's perception of the Divine? What makes their perception any more
valid than yours?
Release all fear of being judged by your family and peers, it is not their path
to walk. Release judgment of your self, because you are a light being of the
Divine and you can do no wrong when you choose to come from love. It's time
we stopped bowing down to the churches, the temples, the covens and the circles.
Everyone's perception of the Divine is different, and until we realise this,
and go within to find our own unique connection, we will never know the freedom
of being in touch with God/dess and in our full power.
Reclaim your power, your independence! Create your own path.

In
a recent and stunning turn of events, Christians across the United States
were dealt a harsh dish of reality when a Federal appeals court ruling actually
determined in a two to one vote that the recital of the Pledge of Allegiance in
schools was unconstitutional. Immediately following this ruling were outcries
from Christians across the US, including Congress persons, and even the President,
George W. Bush himself.
The truly outstanding part though is that these outraged Christians
were actually outraged and stunned. For in their eyes, the United States of America
had always been a place of happy fluffy bunnies and sunshine where everyone
was a Christian and no one could possibly ever object to the numerous endorsements
of religion in the practices of government. The reality though is finally hitting
them where it counts. God is dead.
No, not literally. The use of the word 'God' by government is
figuratively dead, or dying at least. For decades, perhaps even centuries, there
has been a number of people in America who have always disagreed with the endorsement
of any religion by any form of government in the United States. Every time they
have tried to fight the system, they have been mocked, laughed at, insulted, and
even much worse. Yet they fought for their rights, granted by the Constitution
of the United States of America anyway. Yet almost no one knows of their efforts.
The nation itself was founded upon many good ideas, one of which
was a freedom of religion. Freedom: it is a word often thought of when one thinks
of America. Yet the government has added endorsement after endorsement for a very
specific religion to their documents, to their practices, to every day life. On
our currency is printed the words "In God we trust". Courts require people to
swear on the Bible and recite the words "So help me God." While some courts are
introducing alternative religious texts, not all are. In fact, even in 1954, the
words "under God" were added to the Pledge of Allegiance.
Yet these are just minor infractions compared to the depth of
endorsement that the government has gone to. The Ten Commandments have been displayed
in courts. Numerous governmental functions, including Congressional meetings,
begin with a prayer specifically to the Christian deity, commonly referred to
as 'God'. Congress members have even fought against specific religions being acceptable
to the United States government, and judges have ruled parents as unfit based
purely on the fact that the parent was a practicioner of a religion other than
Christianity. Does this sound like freedom of religion to you? It has only
been freedom for Christians.
However, it goes even deeper than that. Not only was this country
founded upon ideals such as a freedom of religion, but even the First Amendment
of the Constitution states explicitely that "Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof....".
(Bold typeface added for emphasis.) Even if a Christian can try to argue that
support for Christianity by the government still allows 'freedom of religion',
they most certainly cannot avoid the fact that any act of Congress supporting
Christianity is clearly 'respecting an establishment of religion'. Perhaps Congress
should re-read the First Amendment.
The simple fact is, Christians have been a majority factor in
politics. They have used and abused this power to further support their religion.
In doing so they have been 'prohibiting the free exercise' of any religion other
than Christianity. They have been breaking the First Amendment time and time again,
and this needs to be seriously addressed so that it can be put to an end.
A Christian might argue "Just because Congress supports Christianity
does not mean that people are not free to exercise other religions." The flaw
with logic like that though is simply the word 'free'. If any stipulation
or extra effort is needed to honor a different religion, then it is no longer
'free'. It is with extra effort or stipulation. Therefore, the only Constitutionally-allowable
behavior from Congress is that which does not involve religion at all.
Now Christians are finally getting a dose of this reality. Enough
non-Christians are fighting for their Constitutionally-granted rights that they
are finally being heard. Just as importantly, the push to be a Christian if you
are a politician has slackened. As a result enough non-Christian judges, lawyers,
and politicians, such as Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, exist now where some of them
actually feel safe enough to dare stand against their Christian counterparts and
say "It IS unconstitutional.", even when Senator Robert Byrd threatens
with "I hope his name never comes before this body for any promotion, because
he will be remembered".
It is a fact though that this isn't the first time that courts
have ruled to keep religion seperated from state activities. In 1963 the Supreme
Court consolidated several cases of government-endorsed religious activities in
schools and declaired that any government-sponsored religious activities
in public schools were unconstitutional by an eight to one vote. So if it was
unconstitutional in 1963 to hold a state-sponsored bible reading in a public school,
then why should anyone be surprised when a federal-sponsored recital of "one nation,
under God" is found by courts to be unconstitutional as well?
Many people still balk though. They say things like "But how
does 'God' refer specifically to the Christian God? Doesn't 'God' cover
all religions?" The answer to those people is simple: They couldn't be more wrong.
If your respective deity were something like Jahova or Allah,
then it could be true, in a way. Even then though it does strain the sensabilities
of some. However, as far as religions go, this only covers the tip of the iceberg.
World-wide, there are numerous religions which honor female deities. Worshipers
of those faiths would at least need the word 'Goddess' instead of 'God' to appease
such a generality. Further, many world-wide religions also honor multiple deities.
To include their religions 'God' would have to be changed to 'Gods' or 'Gods and
Goddesses' or just a non-gender-specific 'Deities'. Even then though, all of this
simply denies the right of the Athiest, who believes in no deity whatsoever. To
respect Atheism, the wording would have to be changed to 'Self', 'Science', or
'Mankind' instead of 'God'. In the end, it is just not possible for "one
nation, under God" to support all of the world's religions.
When it comes down to it, the United States of America was founded
as a country free from oppression of any kind, where persons from any corner of
the Earth could immigrate to find and share in this freedom. However, because
the Christians have dominated the government for so long, the US government has
become a living endorsement for Christianity. The Christianized government has
ignored, and at times even spat upon the beliefs of all non-Christian peoples,
no matter which culture they originated from around the world. These Christians
have turned the American government into a mockery of the ideals that this nation
was founded upon. They pray to the Christian God at Congressional meetings, and
we somehow expect them to uphold the First Amendment? Clearly our First Amendment
rights have long been trampled.
Now though, the winds of change are blowing. The tide is turning,
and while the chances are high that the court ruling will be challenged and overturned
by a still powerful Christian presence in government, the trend of a Christian-empowered
government is changing. Americans everywhere are opening their minds to see the
picture bigger than the one that the political Christians are forcing upon people.
The ruling may not last, but it marks a breaking point. The line has been drawn
and measured, and it will not be much longer before the veil Christianity of is
pulled from America's eyes and the people see the truth once and for all. The
Constitution of the United States of America will no longer apply to any majority,
or even minority. It will apply to ALL people. Doing
so will not make practicing religion illegal. It will not make the
government any less moral. It will simply allow ALL religions a fair and
equal treatment by the government. After all, this is our Constitutional right,
as granted by the First Amendment. It is about time that we reclaim it. So write
your Congress persons. Send energies of love, change, and freedom out to the politicians
that represent you. Whatever you do, do something, and we can make America free
once more.
On a more
personal note, the answer, my friends, is not really to make saying the Pledge
of Allegiance in public schools unconstitutional. The answer is much more simple,
and yet much more difficult. What should be done is to remove all endorsement
of any religion from government-endorsed practices and documents, including
even an amendment to the documents such as the Declaration of Independence. Rephrasing
of lines such as "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men
are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights" to say "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that
all people are equal, that they are endowed through their mere
existence with certain unalienable Rights" would make the intent much
clearer.
Further, the phrase "under God" was added to the Pledge
of Allegiance. Obviously at one time, Americans felt just as patriotic to recite
the Pledge of Allegiance without those two words. At such a time, the Pledge honored
all religions, because it did not endorse any religion. It is this
state of simplicity, of honoring all through a lack of endorsement, that we need
to return to. Some documents would obviously be more difficult to clean up than
others, however it is my personal opinion that the need to do so is eminent.
This nation was founded upon principles such as freedom of religion.
Americans are protected in the Constitution to a separation of church and state.
So the only thing that should be done, that needs to be done, is to remove
all endorsement for any religion from all government. It is an easy concept to
grasp, but we will have to see just how difficult the ordeal is actually made.
Our own Declaration of Independence states quite clearly "That
to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just
powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government
becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to
abolish it, and to institute new Government". If we cannot convince Congress
through love to support our rights, our own Declaration of Independence tells
us what rights we have at that point. Let us hope that it never comes to that
though.

The Dolphin
Flow
In learning to move through the energy that you are experiencing now, we ask you
to take a tip from the dolphins. See yourselves as dolphins, which are actually
part of your parental race. They are built with such sleek design that they can
swim through the murkiest waters and nothing sticks to them. That is not by accident.
They have learned to flow the energy through and around them without attaching
themselves to it. Their sleek design is actually a product of eons of evolution.
As a result of this evolution, they live in the greatest of abundance at all times.
Whatever they need is right in front of them in each moment. Because of their
evolution, they live in a constant state of abundance.
They experience abundance moment by moment so they need not carry anything with
them. By adapting to the energy, rather than attaching to it, you learn the flow
of energy. With the Crystal Energy infiltrating into the Earth at this time, many
are grasping to old ideals and beliefs for assurance. Be the dolphins, dear ones.
Know that everything that you need is right in front of you and allow yourself
to accept in each moment. Allow yourself to accept everything that flows through
your field for the more that you allow yourself to accept and flow through you,
the more abilities you have as a Human Angel. Whatever the circumstances in your
life, adopt the role of the dolphin, just traveling through looking for a place
to play. Let no thing attach itself to you. Instead enjoy the flow of energy as
you travel through it and simply enjoy the ride.
You decided to come to Planet Earth to put on these veils, to wake up screaming
as a little infant and be confused. You have been very successful. You have confused
yourselves so well. We tell you, use the laughter dear ones. For when we find
you getting too serious, we will tickle your funny bone to re-mind you that it
is only a Game. Play the Game well and enjoy the abundance that is your birthright.
Enjoy the Game and play as the dolphins do. Their role as custodians of planet
Earth is over. Those dolphins that are choosing to stay are there to teach you
how to hold the energy. They are there to teach you how to play.
Do not worry about the next act of the grand play. You are in the process, at
this moment, of writing the script as you go. Fear not the change. Welcome it
and be the dolphin that swims everywhere and has everything. Allow the energy
to flow completely through you without allowing anything to stick to you. For
it is those things that stick to you in the way of your beliefs, that make it
so difficult for you to swim to the next level. Some have worked very hard to
obtain possessions, only to find that when you have many things, those things
own you. True abundance is not about things, it is about having the courage to
create a lifestyle that fully supports you to the highest degree. That is where
the joy is. Dare to treat yourselves well for only then can you play the role
of the Human Angels. Dare yourselves to have all that you desire now. Dare to
create everything in your life that you want and more. It is the "and more" that
allows you the opportunity to play the role of Human Angel, for that is the piece
that you will pass amongst you. Those are the seeds that you will plant in other
people every time you smile. That is the joy of the next act.
You are the magical beings. You are the magical third graders that have changed
the whole school. Walk in pride, dear ones. Dare to hold your light high and proud.
For in that time, there will no longer be shadows on Planet Earth. You sit at
a critical juncture now, deciding what will be in the next act of the play. Do
not concern yourself with how the play ends or who plays what role. That is the
act of a Human Angel.
Dear ones, we are so honored to be in your presence. It is only possible because
you have asked. We are here with simple suggestions so that you may see, and re-member
your magnificence. For you are the angels that do not re-member that you are angels.
You are the part of Home that we are missing. Take a moment and feel the honor
that all of us on this side of the veil have for you, the masters of the Gameboard.
Dear ones, you cannot see who you are, and yet you are changing your reality for
you are beginning to see God in the mirror. Know that you hold the power. Enjoy
the journey dear ones. It is with the greatest of honor that we sit in your presence.
Re-member Home, re-member your empowerment, re-member to treat each other with
respect, nurture one another, and play well together.

Wake up people! The time for sleeping is officially over. The veil is lifting
and you don't want to be caught napping when it's finally gone!
OK... what does that all mean? It means this: We've been living in the old "control
over" paradigm long enough. Changes are occuring whether we are aware of it or
not. Even if we are aware that the vibrational levels on this planet are speeding
up and that we will soon be living in the 4th or 5th dimension, we seem to be
fighting this change tooth and nail. Lots of us don't want change. We're happy
being downtrodden and miserable. We don't want to let go of the old "stuff". We're
just plain old fearful of the unknown. But underneath that fear something keeps
whispering to us... something that makes us a little uncomfortable... something
that says "Don't forget who you Really Are."
And who are you... really? Underneath it all... who are you? You are a fragment,
a part of the infinite creative One. You are a divine Loving part of the Whole,
perfect in every aspect of your being. And the changes? What are they? The changes
that are upon us are the raising of our vibrational levels so that we, who chose
to forget, are rapidly becoming Aware of who we really are. Sound scary? For many,
it is. Sound exciting and wonderful? Oh yes!!! Imagine this... you are living
in a world of abundance of love, an abundance of wealth, health and an abundance
of peace. That would mean no greed, no jealousy, no poverty, no sickness, no war.
Think you could handle that?
Well, you say, what will we DO if that were the case? That's an easy one... we
will be creative! We will create things that we can't even imagine right now.
We will explore new worlds, new universes. Or we will create beautiful gardens
or wonderful new foods to eat. We'll create new ways of transportation and communication.
Or new music or new games. If you didn't have to work at providing for your basic
needs such as food and shelter, what would you like to create? Especially if nothing
were impossible. Think about it!
So... how do we go about getting to this point? Look at your life right now. Examine
it and start to figure out how you could make a shift in your thinking to become
a human Being. What? You are already a human being? OK... what kind of human ARE
you being? Or are you a human Doing? A point to ponder... are you a human, being
frustrated by the trivialities you've created? Being fearful of losing the "things"
you've accumulated or fearful of not being able to provide the basics for your
family? Are you a human, being controlling or the opposite, being walked all over?
Now is the time to change your mind! Now is the time to choose. Try this... try
being LOVE. Be LOVE when you're happy or sad. Be LOVE in easy situations. Be LOVE
even when you're doing something you don't really like to do. If something hard
comes along, ask yourself this. "What would LOVE do now?"
When you choose to BE LOVE, it's not always easy. We've all been stuck in the
old ways for so long. But don't be discouraged. Just become aware. If you find
yourself "reacting" to something... stop! Think. And choose LOVE instead. Being
LOVE helps you to let go of "stuff" and accept things (or people) the way they
are. It gives you a new perspective on everything in your life. It helps prepare
you to get through the changes that are occurring as you read this. For LOVE is
the energy of the Creator. The most powerful energy there is and ever was, or
ever will be. Love everything and everybody... for they are you. Most of all,
LOVE YOURSELF!

Emotion = Feelings + Judgment

Namaste. I've been doing a lot of thinking about all the changes/shifts going
on and how we all are responding to them. One of the things that have always intrigued
me is the "issue" of emotions. What are they? And why are they such a problem?
Here's the real kicker... they only exist in our minds... that's right, we make
them up. How? Well, we have a feeling (those are real) and then we try to identify
the feeling (judge it) as good, bad... appropriate or not.
Therein lies the problem. Our brain scans its memory bank for a situation or event
that included that feeling, then we think back and remember whether we call that
past even "good" or "bad" so that we can label this feeling in our present moment.
The funny thing is that most of the time we don't even realize that we are doing
this. The feeling had no "charge", it just was. Only when we try to label/judge
the feeling do we put a charge on it. So, the whole scam about "emotional healing"
is just that, a scam. There is nothing to be healed, just wake up and be conscious
and quit doing this to yourself.
Have feelings, have thoughts, but don't get all wrapped up in them... they change
moment to moment... do the same. You are perfect just the way you are, so please
stop judging your emotions and yourself, there are plenty of folks out there willing
to do that for you. Let them... and you just stay in the moment. Now, those folks
that are nice enough (and love you enough) to show up and judge you or get a reaction
from you are a blessing. They show you where you are still holding on to something
that no longer serves you. If a certain event or person brings up a strong reaction
from you... great!
Take some time and just "be with that", don't judge it, try to figure it out,
fix it or anything else... just be with it... until you can think about it and
you no longer feel a charged emotion attached to it. FREEDOM! Now do that every
time something happens that "pushes your buttons". Pretty soon all that stuff
that had you all stressed out and all those people that had you so upset just
don't seem to bother you at all. This doesn't mean you don't care, it just means
you have quit reacting and judging all the things that you are bringing
into your experience. Then you can begin to live from your heart and remember
that you are whole, complete and absolutely awesome.

Imagine a time before the Earth existed. Imagine a universe, new, clean, and empty.
It is devoid of all life, free of any consciousness. Then, without warning things
just start popping into place. Among these things are thousands, millions, billions
of beings. They don't know why they are there. They don't understand anything
going on around them. They just suddenly existed.
These beings, with the experience and knowledge of newborn babes, huddled together
in fear. They were confused, and felt safer together. They had no 'parents' to
teach them. They had no one to love them, to guide them. They knew one thing only,
that they were without the knowledge that they needed to survive. They knew that
they needed to learn.
While they may have been completely unexperienced, they were not without power.
The creative forces of the universe were at their disposal. So, with a singular
need among them, they created. The powers of the universe were theirs to
mold, and they needed something in which to experience. So they created a planet.
Then, not really sure just what to do next, they became.
You see, while all of them knew that they were without experience, not a single
one of them had the experience to know what they needed to learn. They didn't
understand love. They didn't understand war. They didn't understand friendship,
nor hardship, nor anything. So they just created whatever they wanted to
be, and then merged into that, using it as a body to interact with the physical
world that they had created. For though they were powerful beings of energy, they
had quickly learned that the easiest way to experience new things was to be new
things.
Over the centuries these beings learned much of what they had created their world
to learn. For their lives were always just one experience after another. When
their physical bodies would die, they just found a new one to inhabit, for in
time they had been smart enough to make their physical bodies self-replicating.
They no longer needed to create a new body each time. They just needed to find
one about to come into the world that they expected would provide them with the
experiences that they still needed to learn from.
However, also over the centirues they became more and more lost in their physical
reality. The existence in this form became everything to them, for it was a very
seductive means of experiencing, full of lush sensations that they didn't have
otherwise. Because of their continued repeat visits in physical bodies, they learned
to forget just who they really were and what they were really here to do, to learn.
They would get completely wrapped up in the identity of their physical forms and
forget all else.
In a way, this served them. It made the physical experiences that much more powerful,
that much easier to remember later. This made it easier to learn from them. However,
it also filled their phyiscal 'lives' with pain and strife. They forgot that the
true reason that they were here was to learn, was to experience. In forgetting
who they were and why they had come here, their physical 'lives' left them feeling
trapped. Worse though, it also led them to believe that this singular life was
their one and only, and that everything that happened to them was of the gravest
importance. They became victims of their own tool for learning.
Yes, these beings are YOU! YOU came here to experience. YOU came
here to learn. Many of you have gotten lost in the moment though. Many of you
have forgotten who you really are. And you know what? That is okay, if
it serves you. You can go away thinking "Wow, how true." and find comfort in being
reminded. You can go away thinking "What a load of BS!" and wrap yourself up in
that physical experience again. Or you can do whatever else you want. It is all
okay.
But some of you, some of you, are finding that you have learned about all
that you have come to here to learn. Over the centuries, the new experiences are
growing less and less, and you're finally putting it all together. Those some
are preparing. For they will no longer find this world of use. So it is time for
them to move on to something different, something with many new experiences that
are unavailable here. For those people, know that you are not alone. The time
for a new Earth is nearing.

Let Go My Ego

When you drop the (L)ight and (T)ruth from (L)e(t) Go what you are left with is
EGO. Being able to see the light and truth of the conscious and sub-conscious
enables you to free your ego to live a balanced life. Letting go of your ego takes
conscious effort and it never ends. Keeping your ego in check is a full time job,
read on and you will see why.
Your ego is very powerful and can send you on a wild goose chase at the most inopportune
times. When the need for flexibility presents itself, the last thing you want
blocking you is your ego. Your heart tells you one thing, the ego INSISTS on the
opposite. There you are left standing at the crossroad not knowing which path
to take.
So what now? Do you go with what your heart is telling you or do you listen to
your ego telling you exactly what it thinks is best for you? This can be a moment
when you do not want to be held back, do you throw caution to the wind and do
what your heart tells you? The ego is the number one roadblock along the life
path. How do you massage the ego and leave yourself intact?
The ego is relentless! The ego you were born with takes on many new roles as you
approach adulthood. Egos are very opinionated aspects of the personality. Everyone
has one! Realizing this is the first step in knowing that you can take what you
want and leave the rest. You can the same with other people's egos or opinions.
However, the ego does not give up easily. It cannot relate to love nor it's existence.
Ego based living is living out the opinions of your ego without so much as caring
what or how it impacts your life or the lives of others. It is letting the ego
create imbalance by controlling you. Egos invade others space and as a result
set you up for a lot of heartache. The key is to get ego to relate to the spirit.
Is this easy? NO, for the ego never likes being out of control.
There are great aspects to the ego; it has its good points, it is God-given at
birth. The ego that you were blessed with was to guide you along your path on
earth. It was God's way of letting you know that you are not expected to do life
all alone. The ego given was a great re-enforcer of self. It provided you with
all the tools necessary to grow and balance life while learning to walk. It enhanced
yourself-esteem. Where in the world along this path did it take on different personalities
and become so over powering?
As you grew so did your ego. Each day the ego grew stronger and picked up one
more trait on how to control you. It grew enormously and unless you knew then
to remain in control of your ego instead of vice versa; it came to over power
you as an adult. However, it's never too late to take your power back!
The ego takes on many forms. Here are a few that I am sure everyone can relate
to at one time or another in life.
- The power ego. It loves
nothing more than to make you one of power over others. Knowing this ego is
controlling you have to apply the strength that power ego gives you in a way
that you do not hurt others as a result.
- The superior ego. Ahhh,
that one is pretty common. It's really easy for it to convince you that you
are superior to others and your skills are more important than that of your
friends, family, and co-workers.
- The defensive ego. This
one keeps you so contained that it's hard for you to accept the guidance and
lessons others offer. Learning to deal with this one takes time but well worth
it.
- The stubborn ego. What
can this one do for you? Well, let's see. It can keep the real you imprisoned.
It backs up the defense ego perfectly by disallowing you to admit you are
wrong and others are right. It blocks acknowledgement that prevents growth.
- The meddling ego. Wow
this one is a sneaky snake! This one takes on power to actually let you believe
you know what is best for others. Imagine that. It tells you there isn't a
need to ask if others need or want your opinion, it goes blasting in without
so much as getting permission to do so.
These were just a few examples
of egotism. There are many more forms of ego that make you blind to all of the
love that life holds for you. The ego was given to serve you not control you.
Take back the power you have unconsciously endowed to your ego. While the ego
will always remain a strong part of who you are, it is time to let go of the
ego to free yourself and begin living a life of conscious change and loving.
LET GO MY EGO!

TIME TO CHOOSE:
Whether to look at all aspects of life from a spiritual outlook OR see only a
third dimensional picture. The first choice releases any thoughts and emotions
that could prevent us raising our vibrational frequency to the level of Light
needed for ascension. The second choice means you will need to ignore all the
signs that show you have reactions to release. You would then be choosing to continue
to live and learn in a third dimensional existence.
Throughout our series of incarnations on Earth, we have experienced many personal
traumas. This is inevitable when living and learning in the third dimension. Along
with times of great joy and happiness, we also experience betrayals, loss of loved
ones, great sadness, injustices and various forms of death at the end of each
lifetime. These incidents leave us with lots of different emotions and thought
patterns.
We understand from our spiritual perspective, it is necessary for us to review
these events so we see the truth of what really happened at the time. These things
are never as they seemed at the time. We have to examine all the facets because
the truth will allow us to release the trauma, along with its thoughts and emotions.
What usually happens is we examine these events at the end of the incarnation
they occurred in. However, most of us have a tendency to put off looking at some
of the more painful events experienced during an incarnation. We think it might
be easier to examine them at a future lifetime when they may not be so painful.
So we put it off and put it off. Lifetimes go by and these things remain with
us waiting to be addressed.
Then one day, we realise we have arrived at our last physical incarnation and
many of these incidents, with their pain, fears, thoughts and various emotions,
are still with us. They sit buried and unknown, tucked away in the subtle bodies
that surround us, our emotional and mental bodies. All these traumas contain dense,
heavy energy.
All old souls on Earth are now completing their final physical incarnation. In
order to proceed to the higher realms of existence for a more harmonious form
of learning, any dense energies in our subtle bodies have to be brought to the
surface, raised in frequency and released.
Until and unless this is done, you would have to remain on a third dimensional
learning planet, perhaps for a very long time. You would be unable to return home
when your task on Earth is completed. Many planetary cycles are 26,000 years.
This is not a desired option for any old soul I know.
The difficulty is that on a conscious level, we have no idea we have any buried
trauma that needs releasing. Fortunately, on a spiritual level we do know.
How do
we discover these buried emotions?
We start to attract situations into our life to show us we have specific emotions
and thoughts that need releasing. We begin by attracting gentle, non-traumatic
events to help us notice where we have a reaction that can throw us slightly off
balance. Perhaps we notice a stranger doing something to someone else that slightly
offends or upsets us.
There is always a choice regarding the way we view any event that occurs in our
life. We can notice our own reaction and let it go and be grateful to this stranger
for showing us this negative trait within ourselves. Or we can choose to ignore
our reaction and instead condemn and judge the other person for their behaviour.
Life situations will show us again and again all the specific emotion we need
to release. In order for us to proceed home, we are shown all reactions that need
transmuting into a higher level of light energy. If we don't understand the real
reason for attracting and thus fail to handle them, we will go on attracting more
people doing things to bring up this same response in us. The events and situations
may be quite different, but are all intended to trigger the same response in us.
The universe continues to do its best to get us to notice the buried pain. It
begins to increase the frequency and intensity of these events.
If we continue to blame others and fail to acknowledge and accept these areas
of negativity and traumatic reactions within ourselves, life can start to get
quite traumatic. Events will begin to be inflicted upon us by those closest to
us, rather than by strangers. Loved ones are more effective in dragging our buried
stuff up to the surface. As we care more about the people closest to us, they
can usually reach us where others may have failed. Relationships with our family
cannot usually be so easily escaped and we are forced to address things.
Let the next statement reach deep within your heart and soul. The people doing
these things to us are the people who love you so unconditionally, they are willing
to create whatever circumstances necessary to help you see what you need to see
before you can go home. These are the people who love you so much they are willing
to risk being treated like the enemy, judged, criticised, yelled at, hated, trampled
upon, scorned and abandoned. Of course, it doesn’t seem as though they love you
at the time. It can appear they hate you as they often behave horribly. This is
often quite uncharacteristic, unless they have been trying to show you this particular
reaction for a long time.
Every area of your life where you cannot maintain a harmonious balance of unconditional
love, where you have negative thoughts and behaviour, where you can be thrown
off your purpose and focus, where you blame others and fail to accept responsibility
for your own life and its creations - will be presented to you.
As we often have quite a few different reactions to release, we usually attract
several different scenarios with different people, at any one time. It would take
a long time if we only attracted one event showing us one reaction. Aside from
our own life situations, we can also view our reactions to various world events.
We will hear about the events that produce a reaction in us.
For your sake and that of everyone around you – if you find you have a need to
be right or have any feelings of self righteousness or thinking you are better
than anyone else - it is time to let them go.
None of us are above spiritual law. It doesn't help to pretend we are victims
and aren't really creating our world. We need to stop blaming others. It is time
to let go of unwanted emotions, exhaustion, struggle, pain, weariness and effort.
Perhaps it's time to see the beauty of the truth we are being offered. The universe
is showing us these things so we can let go of them. We are being helped to go
home. Time to move into harmony, joy, love and happiness.

I first read this book when it was released in the early
1990's yet it remains as fresh and inspirational as it was the day I first bought
it. Ken Carey has tapped into that source of spiritual wisdom that all of us
have access to, but few of us ever focus enough to receive. I have read this
book countless times. Every time I read it I find myself inspired in new ways
like never before. The language and prose are breathtaking. Ken Carey has a
marvelous message that is most effective when it is felt emotionally as much
it is understood intellectually. Maximum benefit requires both an open mind
and an open heart. Its message is simple, yet powerful. I have read hundreds
and hundreds of spiritual books and if I were forced to chose to keep only one
of them, I would pick this book.

Ken Carey claims to have been visited by angelic or other
dimensional spirits which gave him the words for this book (and his other books
as well). I have read this book countless times and I have come to the conclusion
that either Ken Carey is one of the great literary geniuses of our time or he
indeed was visited by higher dimensional beings. Please do not mistake this
book for new age fluff. It is written so beautifully and contains so much wisdom
that you have to believe that this came from a 'higher source.' I have recommended
this book to people of all walks of life. Even the most stringent of intellectuals,
and they have been at least impressed with it's literary style. There is a lot
of doom and gloom in the world today. I admit, I struggle myself with coming
to grips with prophecy (biblical and others). There are a lot of people and
organizations competing for your attention. However, if you are a person of
faith, I suggest you first pray for peace, wisdom, and enlightment for the world
(according to your faith) and I also suggest you read this book. It is a glimpse
to the beautiful potential of the human race presented in a manner that continues
to inspire a hopeful outlook for me even today.

Perhaps appropriately - being that the crab is the zodiac symbol for the sun
sign Cancer (June 21 - July 22) Mud Crab has stepped up to give us this
month's message.
The crab carries his home around with him, right on top of his back. This is
a heavy load! He takes only that which is necessary to survive and move on in
the world, discarding all else behind him in the sand. This is his message for
the month. He is warning you against getting caught up in the past, and holding
on to things that would be better off left in the past so you can move on.
It might be time to attend to your homelife - what's going on there that is
causing you some concern? Is it being caused because one of more people are
holding on to the past and not embracing the future and their own home (inner
self)? Stop side-stepping around the issues! It's time to let go and move on
into the new world with the strength and power of someone who is confident and
strong within themselves.
Mud Crab knows that it is not easy to let go of all this stuff, especially when
you have been hauling it around with you for such a long time, but he also knows
the importance of casting aside ideas, beliefs and judgments that only serve
to hold you back from being the Divine being of light that you are! You have
choices, don't believe that you have none. And it is time to take responsibility
for these choices, let go of what no longer serves you, and come into your power.
