Dedicated to my wonderful sons...Love, Mom

~~~~~~~~~
Looking through the photographs,
Across the distant past;
Where did all the time go,
The years went by so fast.
Where is the little babe I held,
A bundle wrapped in blue;
I turned around and he was gone,
Is he somewhere, there in you?
When did you grown into a man,
Where is that little boy?
The one whose laughter filled the air,
As he raced from toy to toy.
Where is that silly, toothless grin,
And those precious tiny hands?
Are they still somewhere inside of you,
Now that you've become a man?
A Mother's heart will always see,
Across the distant past;
The babe she once held close in her arms,
In faded photographs.
