Changes in SMS to take place
St. Mary's School November 11, 2003
Now that SMS is incorporated, changes may soon take place.

First and foremost, the school will now have to be managed like a business enterprise. Thus, it should among others have enough revenues to cover its capital and operating costs. Unlike stock corporations, however,excess revenues will all go towards improving school facilities and fund future expansion, instead of going to stockholders as dividents. [more]

Bomasang elected chairman and CEO

Rufino B. Bomasang unanimously elected chairman and CEO of of the newly-incorporated St. Mary's School of Sagada, Inc (SMSSI) during the organizational meeting of the board of trustees.

Alumni donations reach $18k

SMS incorporation gets SEC approval
Securities and Exchange October 1, 2003
The incorporation of St. Mary's School of Sagada, Inc., finally secured SEC approval. Incorporation papers were previously approved by the St. Mary's Alumni Association during the last alumni homecoming. An organizational meeting will be held on November 2 in Sagada. R.B.Bomasang
