Arch Template
		The Arch's are the generals of armies and are granted this template to improve their leadership.  They have this template not really to show that they are of higher rank, but to give them the means of surviving.  Flight only gives the means of commanding a larger amount of soldiers.
			Dexterity +4, Charisma +2;  Their speed improves and the charisma gives them a better leadership ability. Flight:  The creature flies at their base speed times 2 (for performance in flight, look at the flying creature in the Savage Species book). Blinding Strike:  When weilding a melee weapon, if the weilder scores a natural 20 the enemy becomes permanently blind.  The only ways to cure the blindness is to use a wish spell or a remove curse.
