| +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, +2 Charisma; Yuan-Ti have the flexibility of a snake, and a cruel amount of cunning and wit. Medium: As medium creatures, Yuan-Ti have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size. Yuan-Ti have a base land speed of 20 feet, a climb of 15 feet, and they have a swim speed of 15 feet. Darkvision: Yuan-Ti can see in the dark up to 60 feet. Darkvision is black and white only, but it is otherwise like normal sight, and Yuan-Ti function just fine with no light at all. Constricting Attack: Due to their tails, Yuan-Ti can constrict medium or smaller creatures for 1d6 points of damage. They add 1.5 times their strength modifier to this amount. Due to their affinity with darkness, Yuan-Ti gain the Blindfight feat as a free racial bonus feat. +2 natural armor bonus: Due to the scales covering their skin, the Yuan-Ti have a natural armor bonus of +2. Chameleon Power: A Yuan-Ti can psionically change the coloration of itself and its equipment to match its surroundings, gaining it a +10 circumstance bonus to Hide checks. +2 racial bonus to swim, balance and survival checks. Poison: Once per day, a Yuan-Ti can secrete poison from its fangs, which deals 1d4 constitution damage. The save DC is equal to 10 + the Yuan-ti's constitution modifier. Alternate Form: All Yuan-Ti can assume the form of a tiny to large viper as a psionic ability. This ability is similar to a polymorph spell (caster level 19th), but a Yuan-Ti does not regain any hit points for changing form, and it can only assume viper forms. The Yuan-Ti loses its natural weapons (if any) and gains the natural weapon of the viper form it assumes. Spell & Power Resistance: The Yuan-Ti are naturally hardy against all magic and psionic effects, and as such have a SR equal to 5 + their hit dice + thier constitution modifier. Favored Classes: Ranger and Psion; No multiclass penalty. Automatic Languages: Common and Yuan-Ti; Bonus Languages: Undercommon, Psionic, Draconic, and Demonic. | The Yuan-Ti are desert and tropical forest dwelling snake-like men. They have yellow to forest green skin, yellow or purple eyes, no hair, and no legs. They are known as bounty hunters, outsiders, warriors, and also cultists. They only god they are willing to worship is their mother of their creation. They live in small packs or rarely in a small town. |
