Past Presidents
The Saginaw Downtown Lions Club held a special first regular meeting of the new year on September 14, 2005 at the Saginaw Club in Downtown Saginaw.  Past president Norm Moore spearheaded the meeting by inviting all of the living past presidents, twenty-four of which were able to attend.  The luncheon was filled with talk about memories and club history, including the long tradition of sponsoring the Little Brown Jug game.

Past president Norm Moore, who did a masterful job of coordinating the meeting of the past presidents, speaks about some club history.
Since this was a regular club meeting, fines were levied rather liberally, as was the case for our longtime treasurer Lion Matt Sujkowski.  Few felt sorry for Lion Matt as he was simply returning some of the money he earlier won in the 50-50 drawing.
Lion District Governor Bob Heft, being the sixth member of our club to serve as DG speaks to the full room about becoming a Lion member in "Ohia" and moving back to his birth home of Saginaw and joining the Downtown Lions.
