elcome to my Sahajayoga web-site.

I setup this website with the intention of telling people of the 
benefits that Sahajayoga has done for me. Don't you wish that you
could help people?. Don't you wish that there was a simple way that
you would hep you maintain your physical, mental, emotional and 
spiritual well-being. I got the answers in the form of Sahajayoga.
I am sure that all the problems can be solved with Sahajayoga.

I wish to tell you a miracle that happened to me. I was suffering
from a lot of health isues. My Legs used to pain all the time and
I would get exhausted pretty quickly. I used to go to different
Doctors hoping to get a cure for my problem. I never got any
satisfactory treatment.This was getting very frustrating for a
25 yr old guy like me. If I was like this now, how would I be when I 
was 40 yrs old?.
I had known about Sahajayoga. I thought of giving it a try. I had 
heard a lot about Yoga but never practised it. Besides it was free.
I had nothing to lose. So I called the Chicago collective ( I was in
Iowa). They asked me to come up on a designated day and raised my
Kundalini. I felt a heaviness in the right-side of my body. As I
put my attention on the right-side of my body, I felt the heaviness
melt away. After the 20 minute seesion, I felt much alert and lighter.
The collective also taught me a few techniques. When I came back home,
I felt much better. At last I had found what I was looking for so 
badly. My prayers had been answered. In 3-4 months of regular practise,
I had lost 20 Lbs !!. My Legs had stopped paining and I could jog for 3
miles non-stop. That was a big acheivement for me. What a relief. I 
had to buy new clothes, but I was more than glad to do so. Today it 
is 2 1/2 yrs that I am doing Sahajayoga. I wish I had known about it 
earlier.

A miracle had happened to me. If you are looking for something in your 
life, I suggest you look up the main Sahaja website for the centre
